Spiritually-Led Success: Intuition, Angels, & Trusting Your Path w/ Caroline Feda
2 Oct 2024 · 73 min
The episode begins with a promotional pitch for Samantha Daly’s 16‑week business mastermind, Abundant and Ambitious, aimed at early‑stage coaches. Host Samantha introduces guest Caroline Feda, a psychic medium and intuitive coach, and traces her journey from a sensitive, creative childhood in Connecticut to a music‑industry career in Los Angeles, and ultimately to a spiritual awakening in 2018. Caroline explains how a lack of motivation, anxiety, and the COVID‑19 shutdown pushed her toward meditation, breathwork, and nervous‑system regulation, unlocking clairaudient messages and deeper intuition. She recounts her first psychic reading, the serendipitous discovery of a reputable LA psychic, and her decision to invest in a formal intuition‑development course. After practicing with strangers online, she launched a separate Instagram account in June 2021, secured her first paid client through a Facebook group, and grew her practice despite imposter syndrome, eventually multiplying followers and prices within the Abundant and Ambitious program. The conversation then focuses on the ANA (Accelerated Nurturing Alignment) program, where Caroline describes an immediate business transformation: a viral Instagram reel, two weeks of booked readings, refined messaging, and sustained momentum driven by the program’s framework, actionable homework, and supportive community. Samantha highlights the Magnetic Messaging upgrade within ANA, emphasizing its role in teaching compelling storytelling and client attraction. Caroline shares practical methods for strengthening intuition—slowing down, intentional meditation, clean diet, limiting media, and breathwork—and explains how to ask the universe for signs with clear, low‑stakes intentions while respecting universal energy. The dialogue delves into the nature of spirit guides, personal angels, and archangels, their roles, appearances, and differentiation through meditation. Caroline also discusses her belief in a soul‑chosen life timeline, predestined death pathways, and the role of angels in near‑death experiences, asserting that death is an allotted, often guarded exit. Throughout, the host and guest weave personal anecdotes, business advice, and spiritual teachings aimed at listeners seeking to align intuition with entrepreneurship. The episode concludes with Caroline’s contact information—her website, psychic reading services, intuitive coaching, and Instagram—and a call to action for listeners to connect, followed by the host’s closing remarks encouraging sharing the episode.

I am joined by one of my ANA Mastermind alumni clients, Caroline Fida, who shares with us her journey shifting away from corporate and stamping her presence in the entrepreneurial world, all through the help of spirit guides, angels, and following her intuition. So Caroline is a psychic medium and intuitive coach who's deeply passionate about the connection between the nervous system and our intuition. She founded her intuitive practice, Peace in Chaos, with the goal of offering a fresh approach to psychic readings. Her readings are a unique combination of nervous system work, belief transformation, and intuitive connection designed to help clients connect with their soul and spirit teams. She not only delivers psychic messages but also provides clients with the tools to access their own intuition. The result is greater self-trust, clarity, and a lasting sense of peace in the chaos. In this conversation, we talk about making the leap from corporate to entrepreneurship and how to know when to ditch the 9-to-5 grind. This connection between the nervous system and heightened intuition, how to increase your connection to your own intuition, some disruptors that might be blocking your intuition, and what to do for a clear channel. Caroline's top tips for asking the universe for a sign. We also talk about asking for too many signs and if that is holding you back, if that's a crutch, and where to kind of draw that line. We get into spirit guides, angels, archangels. We talk about their differences, how to tap into this higher guidance and all that is available for us. How she went from zero clients to sold-out monthly psychic readings, finding her voice to show up fearlessly online, and how she 5x'd her follower count and 3x'd her prices in just 4 months being inside Abundant and Ambitious. So if you are a spiritual girly, if you're an entrepreneur, you're going to love this one. So stay tuned for all of the magic. All right, let's dive in. Welcome to the Makeshift Happen Podcast. Welcome to the show, Caroline! I'm so excited to have you here. This is going to be a really fun conversation because I feel like we're going to get to weave in so many different aspects of just like life, spirituality, travel, business, all of the things. But I kind of want to get to know a little bit more of your background because obviously we've worked together and you've been in my program, and it's just been so fun to see you kind of flourish in, in that aspect. But as we're going to talk about, you know, your work in terms of like psychic gifts and readings and intuition and spirituality. I'm really curious personally more of the kind of backstory first of how you grew up and where your family dynamic, like what you were like in school. I know that you mentioned when you were younger you had no indication that you were going to have like any psychic gifts whatsoever, so I'm just really curious about those early stages of your life and kind of what your personality was like or your, your upbringing in general.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
Like you mentioned, being a professional psychic was not really in the cards for me, or so I thought. You know, I didn't grow up in a particularly spiritual or religious family. I'm just from the suburbs of Connecticut. I was definitely always a really sensitive, you know, creative child. I was always, you know, I loved animals. I was like obsessed with horses and dogs and I would always like talk to them. I think I was intuitive in a lot of the ways that most kids are, right? You know, like talking to your animals, playing little games, having imaginary friends. And looking back now, of course I see all of the signs, but I definitely wasn't, wasn't one of those kids who, you know, was like seeing dead people or like looking through walls or like having visions. And some kids do, and some people do, and they have clear indicators that they might be psychics or work in this field. But I just kind of had that natural, you know, childlike intuition from an early age, but it wasn't like a clear indicator of, oh, you'll be a psychic one day. I just always thought I was a sensitive creative kid. And so I grew up in Connecticut. I went to college in Los Angeles. I just was always really drawn to the city. I felt like that was going to be the perfect place for me. And while I was in college, I decided it was going to be my dream to work in entertainment. I thought I wanted to be in the music industry as like an agent or work for a record label. I had always loved live music. I was super drawn to music and that space. And I was just like, I'm gonna be like a famous agent or like record label person or something like like that. And so I started to, you know, just like hustle away and get all the internships I could and break into the industry. And it was while I was doing that type of work that I started to realize that that wasn't where my heart was, where my purpose was. And I started to, I guess, look for something more deep, more meaningful in my life around that time. And that was when I started to go through, you know, a spiritual awakening, some might say. And so I started to get into, you know, human design, astrology, listening to all the self-help podcasts and the spiritual books and everything like that. And that was kind of my introduction into this world after having been, I guess, never introduced to it for so long. I just thought my life was gonna be this like college to corporate to retirement and that was it. But I quickly realized, you know, going into the workforce that I didn't— I don't think I was made for that type of work or a traditional job. I was just— I realized something was missing.
What do you think? I know so many people go through this of realizing what they thought their life was going to look like, or the vision that they had when they were younger or getting into college or deciding on a degree, or even like beginning in the workforce and then being like, oh my God, wait, was this vision even mine? Like, why did I ever want this? Or maybe it was right for a time and then you realize that it no longer is a fit. What were the indications to you that it— because you said you started to realize that it wasn't where your purpose was. What was going on, or what feelings were you having that made you feel like, you know, the dream of working in the music industry or something like that was just not, not it for you anymore? How did you know that?
I think I just started to really lack motivation. And at first I started to have the inner dialogue of like, oh, you're just lazy, you're like, I don't know. But I think I just realized, I was like, if I really wanted to do it, I would do it, you know. I would, I would go to the networking events, I would meet the people, I would work really late hours, I would get in early. And I just wasn't doing that, but I knew I could, right? I could feel the potential and the energy within me. I wanted to, but for some reason it just wasn't clicking. And I kept— one of the other big indicators for me was I kept chasing. So I'd be like, okay, well, like, this one's not working, so let me try another job, another company, another title. Once I get more money, once I work at this brand, once I work work for this music venue, then I'll feel XYZ. And the feeling would never come. And that's when I started to realize, oh, maybe there's something deeper going on here that I need to look at and assess. So it felt like a lot of lack of motivation, apathy, feeling just down. There was definitely a bit of like anxiety, just not feeling really comfortable or safe, or like the lifestyle and the way I was working was really suited to me. And yeah, I think those were just kind of like the key points where I started to realize, okay, maybe this isn't it.
Yeah, okay, so you're starting to realize that this idea for your career that you had is no longer aligned. Maybe it's not what you actually want deep down. Are you already deep in your spiritual journey? Have you already had some kind of awakening? Are you already tapped into your gifts, or when did that come in? When did you start to become open to seeing, hearing, receiving messages, maybe playing in the realms of giving little mini readings? Like, were you already doing that while you were working, and then it kind of just grew and grew and like pulled you more towards it? Or how did that evolve?
Yeah, so I would say January of 2018 was where I really started to get into my spiritual journey. I was like really consuming a lot. I was just like consuming, consuming, consuming, but I wasn't really embodying until March of 2020 when the world shut down. I was in what I thought was my dream job in the music industry, um, that had started to prove itself to be pretty toxic and pretty tough. And that was when I realized I finally had time. I was at home. I was like, let me start embodying some of the things that I'm learning. So I started to meditate, I started to get into, you know, journaling, I started to get into some of these self-care practices that actually started to allow me to hear my inner voice and my intuition for the first time. And it was around that time that I started to hear and receive messages. I had never really had that before, but it would be things like I would be in the bath and I would hear a voice that wasn't an external voice, it would be like my thoughts but a little bit more detached. It's what we call clairaudience in the psychic space. And I started to hear hear, you know, if you keep working in this job, if you keep working in this way, you're going to get really sick and it's time to find something new. And I had— I heard that multiple times. And I would be meditating and I would start to see visions, and I was a little bit confused. I was like, where, where does this come from? But I realized I had never— until then, I had never taken the time to slow down. I had never taken the time to connect for myself. I had never taken intentional space to get clear and quiet and hear my inner voice. And it felt like as soon as I did that, it was like the untapped potential within me for accessing my intuition just suddenly came online. And so I was like, "Oh, this is pretty interesting." And so, yeah, so I'm working at this time. I fortunately was able to keep my position in the pandemic, and interestingly enough, I actually ended up having more work than I used to. And so I was burning out, like burning myself into the ground, like working really, really hard. In the background, I was just like doing all of this stuff to keep myself feeling grounded less anxious and not super depressed, I felt like this connection to my intuition and my inner self became like my lifeline in a really hard time. And I realized, you know, maybe this is the thing, because up until that point I was, you know, reading about Human Design and astrology, and I liked all that stuff, but I didn't think that being an astrologer or a Human Design reader or even doing tarot was really like the thing. Like, it didn't hit, and I knew I hadn't found the thing that had hit yet. And And I had never seen a psychic up until this point, and I was really struggling in my job. It was the pandemic, things were hard, and I was like, maybe this is the time. And so I just told the universe, you know, if I'm meant to go see a psychic, um, like, make it really easy, make it super obvious. I wasn't gonna just like Google, you know, psychics in LA. Um, and I was—
who knows what you find Googling psychics in LA.
Exactly. Like, it could have been interesting. It sounds like—
or dangerous.
Exactly, exactly. And I think that was a lot of the rhetoric that I had heard around psychics too, right? You know, I was always— I had kind of grown up with the societal programming that to see a psychic was, you know, they could be scammers or con artists, and to go to one, it's— they can manipulate you and you're vulnerable. And of course, knowing that now, that there are psychics that do that, but, you know, um, I know a lot that also don't, right, and are super in integrity and in alignment with, with what they do. But you have to be very discerning and you have to know where to look. And at that time, I had no idea where to look. And so funnily enough, like a few days later on Instagram, a popular figure in the LA wellness space posted the phone number of her psychic on her stories super randomly. And I was like, okay, if it's good enough for her, then it's good enough for me. So I signed up for a session with this woman and almost like immediately into the reading, she was like, you know, you can do this. And I was like, I don't— I don't know about that. And she started to, you know, get into these past lives that I had had doing this, and she was super specific and just like really picked up on a lot, to the point where I was like, wow, okay, I really believe this woman, you know. She has picked up on so many things that I never told her, and if she thinks I have this inclination towards these gifts, which of course I knew in the background were already coming online, then maybe this is something I need to look deeper into. And after that reading, I kind of just— I started to go down the rabbit hole of psychic things, which I hadn't been doing. I had been into all this other stuff, but I had never bought a book about, you know, being psychic or gifts like that. So I started to do my research, and it felt like the universe was just like placing stuff in my lap. Like, I would be in a bookstore and a title would jump out at me, or I would be on Instagram and the perfect post about, you know, the clairsenses would see me. And I just felt like all of a sudden, like, my whole field was flooded with like how to be more psychic, psychic information, in a way that I had never had before. And about a month after that, I found a course to, you know, develop your intuition and do psychic gifts. And it was the pandemic, so it was like perfect, like let me just like do this as a hobby. It had— it was the first course or class I had ever invested in. It was probably the biggest investment I had ever made in myself up until that point, but it felt so right. It just felt like, wow, this is a really fun thing that I feel called to, to do. At the time, there was no inclination like, this is going to be my business, like, I'm really gonna like get into the reading game with this. I was just like, this could be fun, like, we'll see what happens. And I did the course, and in the class you practice with people, you know, strangers from all over the world on Zoom. And I would be practicing, and people, you know, I would be getting downloads and messages, and I would be, you know, seeing people's loved ones coming through, and people would be crying and be so grateful. And that was when I realized you know, at first I was, you know, in this whole intuitive connection thing for me, right? To access my own intuition, to have more clarity, more self-trust, to cut through all of the noise of all of these like human typing things and really figure out what my purpose was. But then I realized, you know, this can be a beautiful way to be of service to others, and it was the first time that I really felt called, you know, to use my gifts and my creativity and these innate great things that I have to serve and help others. And that was when like the light bulb went off, was saying like, this is something I love to do and I would love to give readings to people professionally.
A lot of people feel the imposter syndrome, uh, with whatever it is that they're going to start putting yourself out there, any type of business endeavor. But I, I can imagine that it's also there, especially when you're relying on this, um, internal gift that maybe there's the fear of like, oh God, is it going to stop working, or is it going to come online, or like, what if nothing comes up? What if I do a session with this person and I'm just like drawing a blank and I'm like, nothing?
So what was that like, and how did you start doing—
how did you actually start doing this as work and getting into doing readings? Did you just practice with loved ones or people that you knew first? How did you, yeah, get your first like paid client?
Yeah, I just started practicing with like anybody who would give me their time and energy. Your intuition really is like a muscle, right? And that's why so many people feel a disconnected from their intuition because it's a muscle that we haven't been taught how to practice, how to flex, how to move. And as soon as I was done with that course and, you know, having the accessibility of practicing with the people in that class, I was just like, I need to keep doing this for other people. And I would find, you know, like Instagram groups, Facebook groups, and I would post, you know, free readings. I actually, funnily enough, wasn't doing it for family or really any friends. It was kind of a secret. Like, I was a very closeted psychic because up until this point I was like Everybody knew me as like this girl who was gonna be in the music industry, and I had this whole identity, and I was very, you know, secretly doing this. And so I really would go to, I turned to the internet, and I just found so many people and a lot of really beautiful supportive communities to, you know, practice with, whether it was through my psychic class or other like podcasts and groups that I could find that were like filled with aligned like-minded people. And so I just would practice as much as I could. And then it was eventually in June of 2021, I decided to make a separate Instagram, and I like, officially had my first readings business. And I think I got my first paid reading from one of those like, group communities. There's a group online called Holisticism where you can post about your services, and I gave a free reading to someone in there, and then she contacted me again on Instagram saying like, "I'd love to come back. I have a question about XYZ thing." And I was like, "Okay, well I guess that'll be, I'll I think I was charging like $10, $15 for an hour reading. And she came back and, and this client actually has seen me like till this, like to this day, like she still comes and sees me. So over the years, you know, it's, it's taken a lot. I think even, even till this day, I still have some imposter syndrome. I think it would be crazy for me not to, right? Because our intuition is something that feels so foreign to us. We don't know exactly how it works. And so it's easy not to trust sometimes. You're like, yeah, is this gonna come online? Like, what if it doesn't work? But the truth is, you know, your intuition— to be intuitive is the most natural part of you. It's not some external thing that you have to like reach for and pull in. It's actually something that you have to like access from within and pull out of you. And so I feel like having that anchor of just knowing that my intuition is always within me, knowing that I'll always have an insight, that I'll always have access to it— sure, there are some days where I'm maybe not the most clear, or I'm not seeing a certain message or something like that, but I've learned over the time that if that's happening, I'm either not the person to bring through that message for a certain person, or it's not time for them to know that, or time for me to know that. And so just really learning to trust that your intuition is like this really natural muscle that you have to learn, like, the rhythm of how it works with you, you know?
Yeah, I know, like, I believe this too, and I know you do as well, of like every one of us is psychic to some degree, right? How, how much we want to develop that gift gift is kind of up to us. And I think there's people that are born with it really strong and other people that would really have to work towards it, but we all have some sort of psychic knowing or gift. I'm curious to know your— through your, like, your experience, and also I know that you help people with this now, of like developing more of and strengthening that connection to that source of like infinite wisdom, guidance, higher self, uh, intuition, whatever you want to call it, the spirit realm. You mentioned like there's some days where you're not as clear, so I think it would be cool if we could talk about like, one, what are some of the ways that we can strengthen our connection no matter how psychic we feel that we are in this moment? And then also, are there things that you have noticed that actively disrupt that connection? Is it something that you eat?
Does it have to do with a rest?
Is like people that are in your environment. Like, what are the things that can kind of like kink that hose or like block that intuitive connection?
Okay, so I have something I think you're really going to love, and your business is going to love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram Stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales, but if your Instagram Stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing. And the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust, posting look-at-me content and calling it authority, sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weaving them into a story storytelling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is going to give you 5 high-converting storytelling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides from authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer is incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside.
Yeah, so definitely some of the ways that I found were helpful for bringing my intuitive gifts online was primarily slowing down. I found that there's a very clear link between the nervous system and our intuition over time. I went through a season of pretty bad anxiety, um, and it was in that time that I felt the most disconnected from my intuition that I ever have. And it was in finding ways to regulate my nervous system through things like breathwork and gentle movement, and I was doing things like flower essences anything to help me regulate and slow down and bring my nervous system to a neutral space. I felt like that really then allowed me to start accessing that inner voice. And so that's why I always tell people who want to be more intuitive is to slow down and to find some space and silence. I think a lot of us are afraid to make that time to be alone with ourselves, to be alone with our thoughts. And so my key key things that I offer for people is you don't have to like sit in meditation for 2 hours a day, right? I consider meditation intentional time where you're just with yourself. And so that can look— that can look like sitting in meditation, or it can look like taking a walk without your phone with just like gentle music. It can look like taking a walk in the forest. It can look like sitting in the park. And so I feel like a really key, like, quick practical tip is like, no Notice where you can spend 30 minutes to yourself without any distractions and just set the intention of connecting with your soul and your intuition. Our intention is everything, right? That's what moves energy. And so if you have the intention to connect and you're creating that space, it's almost guaranteed that you're gonna have some sort of intuitive download or insight drop in. Other things that I find really help our intuition are, um, yeah, eating really clean. I definitely started to drink a lot less alcohol, um, in the time that I started to give readings. Not that I never do, but, um, I know that what the days I do, or I've, you know, and maybe a little hungover, I'm probably not going to be, you know, giving readings for people or anything like that. You really want to be, you know, eating and consuming things that keep your channel and your system really clear. I also don't do a lot of caffeine. I feel like that really like heightens my nervous system and can make me more anxious. And so noticing what's in your diet, and not just in terms of food and beverages, but also in terms of like media, right? I felt like the times where I've been least intuitive are the times where I'm scrolling constantly on my phone, where I'm watching, you know, all different sorts of TV. And it doesn't even matter what TV, it can be like an amazing educational podcast or show, but if there's too much input, there's no time for space, right? There's no time for processing, there's no time for you to just like be with you. And so again, noticing what the diet of consumption is physically, and then as far as like media and other things. Other ways that you can begin practicing with your intuition is just playing with magic, opening yourself to the possibility of magic. A really fun way to do this is by working with signs, right? Just asking the universe, you know, to show you something or to present information to you. I feel like that is what helped really build my trust And I'll know about angel numbers. I feel like angel numbers are a really fun way to do that, or just asking for something random, you know, like a purple elephant. And, and then when you see that, you get really excited and it makes you want to connect again. I think a big part of intuition and working with bringing psychic gifts online is remembering that there is the possibility for magic, and these other ethereal beings are always trying to get our attention if we're willing to listen.
Okay, let's dissect a little bit more the asking for a sign, because I know there's a lot of people listening that either already do this and love it, and want to hear more about it, or people are like, I've always wanted to do that, or I've tried but I haven't received my sign. So what are your top tips? And I think I told you this, it's one of the like original episodes on this podcast. You guys scroll all the way back to the beginning, I think it's one of the first 3 episodes, like how to ask for a sign. And I remember when we first launched the show, there were so many people messaging me like, oh my God, like I got my sign! Like they'd never gotten a sign before and they were freaking out, sending me like pictures, long DMs, messages. It can feel so exciting and validating when you open that channel of communication between you and something larger than yourself, whether you want to see it as a sign from God or the universe or your spirit team or however you identify it. But it can feel really, really exciting and validating. So what are some tips, or how do you like to go about it in terms of like asking for a sign? I don't think it has to be this like crazy complicated process. But I also know that sometimes people are like— and maybe it's that intention piece that's really important to talk about, of like setting the intention in a really clear or purposeful or appropriate way. Because I think a lot of people are like, oh, just send me a sign, but they're not really clarifying, or they're not actually like setting an intention. So from your perspective, what's going to help someone actually do this in a way that will be meaningful to them?
Yes, I totally agree. I feel like the intention piece is huge. That's one of the first things I tell people, right? The universe, like I said, responds to clear intentions. And I think a big mistake that a lot of people make is they start asking for signs when it's something really big, right? Like, show me a sign that I should take this job. Show me a sign that I should break up with my partner. And they haven't had any, like, yeah, build up until then, right? They haven't exercised that muscle to, you know, trust and know. So the universe could be showing them all of these signs, but are not trusting. I posted a reel the other day, like that feeling when you ask for a sign and then you get it, but then you ask for like more signs to validate the sign. I feel like that's what a lot of people, they get stuck in that trap because they wait to ask for the big thing. So I always recommend to start your journey with working with signs for, with, for like small, low stakes things. So something that you can do is, yeah, just being like you know, showing— asking the universe or letting it know that you want to strengthen your connection with it. And that is the clear intention. And you can say, okay, with that, I want to see, you know, a, a big thing of red balloons. And you just ask for something random, and you don't set a time frame. I always say if there's any time limit, the universe doesn't love that. And so I wouldn't do anything too, like, constrained to a time like less than a week. Give yourself about a week or more for the universe to show, um, to show you the sign. Um, and that is kind of how I would go about it. Um, yeah, so start asking for like low stakes stuff, you know. Um, should I read this book? Should I pick up this hobby? And then set a really clear indicator that is not super common. I feel like people are just like, oh, show me a bunch of angel numbers. But I feel like at this point like the veil has become so thin over time that we're actually like oversaturated with angel numbers and we get overwhelmed. We're like, I'm seeing 555 everywhere. I'm seeing 444 everywhere. Like, is this my sign? Like, pick something very specific, niche, and unique and just use your imagination and use the first thing that comes to your head. It's also a really fun way to work with signs by connecting with someone who's passed over. Generally, that's a little bit less low stakes because you're not asking asking for like a specific message. You're just asking, you know, to feel their love and connection. And so using something that makes you think of them, like a song or an animal, or, you know, even like a phrase, can be, can be really helpful.
Beautiful. Yeah, I think it's important to mention that part, which I talk about this a lot. I would say don't ask for a sign unless you're ready to receive the answer, which basically means, to your point, if you're going to ask for a sign and then completely doubt it and ask for a million more signs to confirm it, then maybe don't ask for the sign. That's just like my kind of like ruthless perspective. I'm like, I just find that there's, there's, there's few things more offensive to the universe, God, spirit team, whoever you believe is sending you the sign, than to say, please, please, please show yourself to me, reveal the next step, help me, are you there, I'm searching for connection, show me something. And then they do it and you're like, I don't believe you.
Hmm.
I don't, I don't believe you. I don't trust you. I'm just going to stay stuck and keep wondering and ruminating and sitting in inaction. So I think there does have to be this element of not abusing the connection that we can have with a higher power and really being respectful of also the energy that it takes from the other side to bring those things into our scope and into our vision and into, you know, how we're moving through life and to actually recognize like, wow, you know, that was, that was an energetic task that was done specifically for me, and I need to respect that and be grateful for it. And so I'm only going to ask for signs that I know I'm really ready to receive, and I'm ready to act upon the answer that I get. I don't know if you feel the same way, but that's just kind of the philosophy that I've gone with because I do think that there are some people people that really overdo it with this, with the asking for signs. And I also think it can become this sort of crutch of like some people— and so maybe that's something that, you know, would be valuable to have your perspective on as well, is like where do we draw the line of asking for a sign versus just trusting yourself? You know, like some people know that the relationship is not serving them anymore more. Some people know that the job is toxic. Some people know that the friendship is not reciprocal and it's not working for them. Some people know that the family member is taking advantage and is draining their mental health, but they're not able to take any action towards improving their life or protecting themselves or moving in a different direction or making a change or leaving something behind until they're like, let me ask for a sign. Or even like with investing in ourselves, you know, I'll receive messages quite a lot from people that really want to make a change and do something better for their life, or join a mastermind, or they want to do coaching, or they want to take a course of some kind. And they're like, okay, I'm gonna like ask for some signs. Um, and like, I love asking for signs, you and I both do, but also there's this like other side of it where it's like, at what point is that just a crutch and it's real— you're not allowing yourself to actually be in self-trust. What's your perspective on that?
I totally agree. I think they can definitely become a crutch. I think the thing with signs is— you kind of, um, alluded to this— was right, like, we're not gonna receive a message that we're, that we're not ready to receive. So like, you can ask for the sign and be like, show me, show me, show me, but if you're not truly ready to receive it, the universe probably won't show you. Or like you said, you, you might get it or you're not going to trust it. And so again, I, I do think the perspective of, yeah, being respectful of the time and energy that the universe puts in to, to, you know, showing you that sign, to giving you that guidance, is, is huge. You know, it's not like your spirit team, your guides, are going to like be mad at you for asking for more signs. Like, there's not going to be like some cosmic punishment. But likely what will just happen is you'll just stay in the cycle of self-doubt. And that's the funny thing with signs is they, they shouldn't be a crutch. They're more like a stepping stone, because if you never act upon the signs that you receive, then you're never going to build that trust with your intuition, right? And so you're just going to stay in the cycle of asking for signs, never doing anything, asking for signs, never doing anything. Versus if you ask for a sign, take action, watch magic unfold, be like, oh my God, that was incredible, write about— write it down in your notes WhatsApp, and then the next time you go ask for your sign, you're like, wow, look at how my life changed when I listened to that sign. Here's this clear sign I just got. Let me do it again. And so I always encourage my clients, you know, to keep a note in their phone or to keep a journal of, of signs that they followed and where it led them to. And I think a big misconception too is that when you follow a sign or your intuition, that it's all just like rainbows and puppies after. Sometimes the universe guides you down a path that's really hard but expands you and brings you some really beautiful gifts and lessons that you never would have in if you hadn't trusted yourself and trusted the universe and trusted that sign. And so I think the sign thing becomes a crutch when you never actually act on it and you just stay like, circling the drain of constant like, questioning. And then they kind of realize that that's not how you receive information, and so the signs either stop and you start to— they try to get your attention in other ways. Through like a crisis or something crazy happening, and eventually you get, you get pushed in the direction that you're meant to go in, in a less fun way.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I know we've all experienced that too, I think, at some point or another, where you've known something. You're like, I should really do something about this. I should probably quit. Should I let go? I should probably set a boundary. I should probably tell that person. I should probably have that conversation. But you don't, and you don't, and you don't, and you don't. And then it's like, like the, the rug gets pulled out, you know. You, you get fired, or they break up with you, or you find that they were cheating, or like, it's, it's more explosive because it's like, okay, you know, she's not getting it, so I'm gonna have to like really shake everything up so that it's so obvious that it cannot be ignored. So I've definitely had that experience in my life before too, where I was like, oh, you know, there's a whisper and then there's a nudge, and then there's a gentle shove, and then there's a— and then there's a little smack over the head, and then there's a bitch, get the fuck out of the way, this is not the divine path, I guess I'm gonna have to do it for you. And that's like the more painful path, but sometimes it's also what we need.
Totally, totally. And it's funny, that's how— that's really how intuition is, right? It's, it's quiet until it becomes loud. And our intuition is, is having that strong connection is what can keep us from having those like big pushes over the cliff from the universe. And that's why, that's what I've found, right? The more I've strengthened this muscle, the less on-the-floor crying moments I've had over the course of my life is because I take action in alignment with where my soul wants to go. And so there's less like constant drama.
You mentioned being able to channel messages from loved ones on the other side. I'm curious what your beliefs are about angels, spirit guides, spirit teams. Are they loved ones? Are they other entities? Is it a combination of both? Are, are they archangels? Like, who are they? What are they here for? And can we connect with them? How, how would we do that?
Yes, totally. I love this question because I feel like there's so much information and there can be so much confusion. And at the end of the day, it is really what you believe, but this is all based on what I've seen and engaged with in my readings. So I feel like there's a few different things. Um, I think the really key thing that— the thing that I love to work with the most is our soul, right? That is the energy of us that has always been. It's, it's our energy that we bring to every lifetime that we come to Earth with, and the core essence really remains the same. And I feel like if you close your you can feel what your soul feels like, right? Like, you probably feel this, like, loving, kind energy. My soul, I feel like, is pretty funny and cheeky, but also very wise. And so I always have people, you know, as an exercise to, to meet your soul, is to, you know, get into meditation, get into your heart space, and, and write down all of the qualities that you feel like you bring with you no matter where you go, the parts of you that have always been, um, because I feel like when you have that connection to your soul, that's really like the thing I feel like we're getting intuitive messages from. Now, to connect with other entities, that's more like what you would go to a psychic for, or if you want to connect for yourself, you can totally do that. Um, I see like the next thing beyond our soul that I often connect with is our spirit guides. Those are not past loved ones. Um, they can be in very, very, very rare situations but think about it like this, like your spirit guide is with you all the time at like an omniscient level. So if they were alive having a human experience, they wouldn't be able to constantly be offering you support, right? Like your spirit guides are on 24/7, 365. They never take a break. They sit down with you before you come into a lifetime. They're like— I see them as cosmic tutors, basically. They're people who have lived a lot of lifetimes and then graduated and want to pass that wisdom on. And so, you know, they, they find your soul in the, in the other side, and they sit with you and they map out, you know, okay, I think this life will be really good for you based on what you want to learn. I think you'll be really into this. This family could be good. It's like a guidance counselor, literally.
Like, this is going to be your career path, AKA your next lifetime.
Yes.
Exactly. Don't worry, I'm gonna help you the whole way.
Oh yeah, yeah. But it's like, but you also have to remember to listen, and a lot of us don't remember to ask for that guidance and support. But the, the spirit guides are always there, um, and that's really any of the entities that I'll eventually get into, right? They're always there, but they really respect our free will. And so they kind of are like waiting in the wings for us to remember that we can ask for help, that we can invite them in. And our spirit guides will often give, um, when I'm connecting in a reading, they give a lot of like tough love answers. Like you said, they're like a guidance counselor energy, and they kind of want you to figure it out. But if you're going through like a lot of pain or something like that, they'll really do what they can, you know, to ease the path and to help you out and to provide really clear signs and indicators, you know, to move in other different directions. So that's spirit guides.
How do you— about the spirit guides, because I've had a reading before with a psychic who taps into spirit guides, and I thought it was so interesting when she described to me like how she saw them. Okay. Um, do you have in like your readings, do you— is there any like physical or like a visual representation that comes through for you? And what does that like generally look like? Because we know that they're not humans, so it's not going to show up as like, oh, your grandmother is here. Like, it's probably not going to look like a human person.
Person.
So if you ever have had a visual representation of a spirit guide, what is that typically like? What is the being like?
They usually come to me in a human form, you know. I— on the other side, I am— they're just like energy, right? But the entities really come to us in the way— in a way that makes us feel comfortable, right, for our human brains to digest. So our spirit guides will often come to us in a vibe or persona that suits our personality, I often find. Like, um, like if you're really— I have, I have someone that I read for recently and she has a really cool like artsy style, and her spirit guide was like this incredible, also like very artsy. He was super pale and like wearing all black and he was giving like vampire, like Twilight vibes. And she was like, oh, like that's totally him, right? Because they want you to feel that connection, so they'll come to me in a visual where the client is like, oh yes, like, I totally feel them around me. Sometimes they'll give me a name, um, but if like I get a name and you feel the name is different, it doesn't really matter. The name just helps like create the bond, right, and pulls them closer. So I do see them as like humans with specific outfits and personalities, and I feel like giving clients that information, it helps them feel close to the guide, and so it makes it easier for them to access them.
So cool. Yeah, I do remember actually receiving names of my guides, but like, uh, she prompted me to kind of like— she was like, you know the name, tap it. Yeah, what is it? And the names were really like random. Like, they weren't— it wasn't like it's Rick and Joe. It was like— I can't even remember them. I was just thinking now, oh, I really want to go back to my notes from that session and like remember, uh, what those guides looked like and what their names were, just to like connect with them more. So, okay, very cool. Sorry, we'll keep going through the, through the layers, but I wanted to pause on like that because I always visualize spirit guides as like these almost like, um, like the genie in Aladdin. Like, it's kind of like human form, but it's also like he like doesn't have legs, like he's like floating. I don't know why that's how I picture them, but anyway, that's just my brain.
Yes. Yeah, I mean, it's kind of— it is kind of like that. They just are like floating. They have like a very airy energy. Um, but yeah, they're very human. And, and you've touched on a good point that we usually have either one or two guides, um, usually not more than that. And there's usually like one main guide who's, who's like the teacher, and then I always see like the second guide is like the TA who's learning from that guide, so then they can be the primary guide for like another soul eventually. So you'll usually have like one or two, um, to kind of help you out. Um, yeah, which is fun and exciting.
I want to be a guide.
I know, in the next life.
Do we think I'm evolved enough. I think I might be. What if this was my last life? Okay, anyway, moving on.
Beyond spirit guides— yes, beyond spirit guides, we have angels. Um, and so I see angels not super frequently. Um, there are some psychics who like specifically work with angels. And so we all have like, like guides, we all have individual angels. They're a little bit like a step above love spirit guides energetically. They perform more miraculous tasks like healing, and they interfere more than a guide would, right? Because the guide is like trying to be like, you got this, like, here's my advice, but like, you make the choice. The angel is like, you need help, I'm going to interfere. Like, if you're in a dangerous situation and something miraculous happens, it's usually because one of your angels has stepped in. Um, and so they do a bit more of like the get in there and like actually help you out, um, type of work. And they can ease, you know, medical conditions and stuff like that. And they offer really beautiful, potent, loving wisdom. They always bring a really beautiful perspective to, to the session, just about like life. It's, it's not so tangible like as far as action steps. It's more just like general wisdom about the universe, I would say. Um, and then beyond our personal angels, there are, um, these archangels, or these like the angels that a lot of us know, you know, Archangel Michael or Archangel Metatron or Uriel. And those angels have specific, um, things that they specialize in or work with. You know, Metatron, you know, does a lot of stuff with energy and, and stuff like that. And I feel like working with those, I'll only really call them into a session, like I will call them in to bring some healing or to, you know, have them offer some specific wisdom in their like zone of genius, honestly, for my client. And I always think those are a fun thing to work with when you're opening your intuition because those archangels, they have very distinct energies and very distinct messages. And so if you're wanting to, you know, learn how to discern between like guides and angels and different entities, entities, things you can do is get into meditation and call upon a very, very specific entity. So, you know, I want to call upon Archangel Michael, and you just see what happens. Visualize, you see what you hear, you see, maybe you feel some sort of energetic presence, and you, and you make note of that. And then the next week you work with a different entity, you know, this week I want to connect with my guide, and you just note the differences, right? Because there are very subtle things. Maybe you feel, you know, a certain way when you're connecting with your guides versus a different way when you're connecting, you know, with Archangel Uriel. And so you want to be very intentional and specific about who you're connecting with, and that's going to help you like discern between the energies.
Do you think— I heard this recently, I can't remember where, someone was kind of talking about this idea of how, you know, our souls choose the lifetimes that we enter into and we kind of know ahead of— what our family is going to be, what a lot of the challenges are going to be, and we're choosing the path because it's a way for our soul to evolve or learn certain lessons that we still need in order to grow in our soul's journey. And that even potentially our death is almost like predestined, and that if you are not meant to die, but there's some sort of like freak accident or something that happens in the human realm, realm that is threatening your life, that your guardian angels will be the ones to kind of like stop that. Because if you're not meant to go that way, it won't happen, or they'll make sure that it won't. Which is like how people kind of describe sometimes those near-death experiences that they have, or even people that have clinically died and then kind of come back into their bodies have described, you know, being met with angels, or, you know, they'll depict what it felt like on the other side. But then ultimately they are sent back. And in those stories, a lot of times people share this idea of like feeling such a sense of like love and peace and relief on the other side, and so much beauty, and like kind of maybe even like wanting to stay there because it feels so good. But then having those, um, angels or guides kind of communicate to them like, you have to go back. And so even sometimes unwillingly, they're like sent back into their body, whether whether it's like on the table in an operation where they flatlined and they clinically died, but then they're brought back. Or, you know, there's— I watched the Netflix documentary, I'm sure you've seen it. What the— what is it called? Um, Life After Death. Yes, Life After Death. Like, there's so many different things about different spiritual modalities and mediums, and every episode is kind of a different thing. But one of the initial episodes is about people that have clinically died, even for like kind of crazy long periods of time, like 30 minutes, pronounced dead, and then come back. And it's like that experience of like being brought back because it wasn't their time. Do you, just from your perspective, just because this is like an interesting conversation, not that we're talking about like capital T truth or that we, we know what happens when people die, but like from your experience being connected with entities on the other side, do you feel that maybe that is perhaps a possibility that our death is predestined and that if we're not meant to die, our angels will be the ones to save us?
100%. I definitely believe that that is, to me, from what I've experienced, extremely true. You know, I do think we have an allotted amount of time here on this Earth, right, that we choose. You know, how much time can we learn our lessons in, in what ways? Like you said, you know, we come here, you know, kind of with an idea. We have like the, like the course syllabus, right? Like we don't know like the exact topics in every, in every class or every chapter, right? But we know like the general outline, like the themes we're going to cover, and we kind of know, you know, when the class ends. Um, but like you said, you know, there are certain, um, I've, I've had it described to me by my guides before as, you know, egg exit pathways where there are— between like the time we are born and like that chosen time of death, there are a few like exit paths where like if we're not— if we're super not in alignment, or if something is— for whatever reason we need to exit more quickly, there are those exit paths. But how I see it is usually there are angels waiting by those exits being like, is this— is this really what is needed? Is this in your best interest? Dangerous, and like you said, people will pass over and then come back because their time is not done, right? They weren't meant to like, get off that exit. They have to come back and finish, and the other side is a beautiful, magical place, right? You know, we leave the weight of our human form behind, we remember all of these beautiful universal truths, we feel all of this beautiful, you know, infinite energy, and it's a a tough thing to leave when you remember it. And I think that's why we come into Earth so disconnected and so forgetful, because if we remembered what we are missing out on, we'd all have pretty short lives here because we would just want to go back. So that's why it's usually like a lifelong journey, right, of remembering and tapping in. And, and you can get close, but you'll never experience the full magnitude. And that's why those near-death experiences can be so powerful, to have that remembering and that remembrance. But I totally see it how, how you just described it.
Yeah, so interesting. Well, that's a cool documentary for anyone who's like really spiritually curious or just like super open to these topics and wants to like dive even way deeper. I remember that kind of blowing my mind, just being very wild. There's things in there also about like past lives, and when I was getting certified in my like past life regression therapy practitioner training, I found that like so fascinating. So just very, very cool stuff, but But I wanna talk a little bit about your journey of taking all of the, these, you know, gifts and everything that you've cultivated and your ability to really channel messages and help people and wanting to make an impact and seeing that as a more purposeful or fulfilling path in terms of your career and actually turning it into a business and building something that could help you actually make a living so that this can be the work that you're your soul does for the rest of the time that it feels really aligned for you to do so. So obviously, you know, I was lucky enough to have you as one of my incredible clients inside Abundant and Ambitious, and I, I just wanted you to share a little bit about what that was like, of, you know, taking something that is so near and dear to your heart, that's special to you, that helped transform your relationship with yourself, heal your anxiety, feel more connected, become more grounded start impacting other people, seeing how it could change their lives, and then wanting to spread that message far and wide. But of course, we all feel overwhelmed by the idea of the other. If you are a really heart-centered practitioner, you're like, I want this to reach the masses. But also, all the businessy stuff can be really overwhelming of how do I market, how do I sell, um, social media, showing up, getting clients, uh, sales conversations, handling objections. Questions. Like, there's so many things where we're like, oh my gosh, you know, I want to do this work, but I, but I don't necessarily feel like I'm a master at all these other things because you have to wear many, many hats when you're first starting out. So I'd love to hear from your perspective what that journey was like of getting inside ANA and going from zero clients to having sold out monthly psychic readings and raising your prices 3 times, you know, triple 3xing your, your prices and, and being so fearful that, you know, no one would buy, and then having even more bookings come in. You really made a lot of progress in that container, um, together, and I think it's incredible to share some of that journey, really finding your voice on Instagram and showing up more unapologetically, like 5xing your follower count. There was so much growth. So from your perspective, what was that journey kind of like, and what are the parts that stand out to you the most.
Oh my gosh, yeah. Well, everything you just mentioned would not have been possible had I not done ANA. And what you mentioned about, yeah, being the spiritual healer and wanting, you know, to share this work with as many people as possible, but literally not knowing how to do it, dealing with all of the feelings, you know, of guilt for even charging $10 for a reading, you know, feeling like everybody should be, have access to this for free, but also knowing in my heart like, this is something that I want to use to support my life and do every single day as much as I can, and there needs to be some sort of fair energetic exchange, and how do I go about that? And also just feeling completely lost and unequipped to handle all of the different pieces of entrepreneurship that you mentioned. You know, that was not my background. I had never, I didn't grow up in a family of entrepreneurs. I had I had never seen anybody really doing this stuff until around that time in 2020 where I was realizing that the corporate track that I was on wasn't for me. And I was like, okay, I'm interested in entrepreneurship, how do I make this work? And I feel like I bought so many books and I just like read so much stuff. And I was that person who was signing up for like every free, like, freebie download, trying to like get as much as I could because at the time I didn't have a lot of money. I was scared to invest in myself. I had never done that before. So in 2021, I opened the first iteration of my business and for an entire year I struggled. I was just like, I had no idea what I was doing. I was undercharging. I was really burning myself out, you know, doing too much stuff for free, um, posting on Instagram and getting no engagement because I wasn't posting the right stuff. And it was in that year that I think I found you, Sam, um, and I followed you on Instagram and I just was so attracted to your energy and your vibe. And you were one of the first business coaches that I think I ever followed. Followed. Um, I had never seen somebody online, you know, talking about the things that you were talking about, making, you know, a certain amount of money, doing what she loved, having all this freedom over time, location, and how you spend your days. Um, I had never seen that, and you were really like my first expander in that space. And I was like, okay, this girl gets it, so I'm just gonna like follow along. And as I'm like sitting, struggling through that first company that I open, I was like, I, you had started posting about Abundant and Ambitious and, and I would just look along and, and you, you announced it one time and I was like, that's definitely not for me. Like I can't invest that amount of money and that I'm still struggling. And then you announced it again like that following spring and I was like, I don't know, maybe I'll do this, maybe not. Um, because again, I just wasn't, I wasn't like truly ready to go all in. I think I was saying like, I want this, I want this, I I want this, but I wasn't changing like my habits, my actions. Like, I wasn't changing my relationship with money or the way I approached anything, right? Like, I didn't want it bad enough, quite honestly. Like, deep— I, like, I wanted it, but I wasn't willing to know to change in the ways that I would be required to, to make this a real legitimate thing. I think probably because of that imposter syndrome. So I was like, I'm doing it, but like at this very small small scale. Yeah. And eventually I wanted to not do it on such a small scale. I burnt myself out so bad that year that I actually ended up taking a full year off. And I told myself that if I'm meant to do this work, it will come back to me naturally. I will feel the call and it will be time to go all in. And I won't— like we talked about earlier— I won't deny the sign and I will actually take action. And that this year, I really had to tend to the foundation. I had to tend to self-worth, self-image. I had to like rebuild the foundation that I wanted to build the business on. And I feel like that's something that not a lot of people talk about, is having a first iteration of your business and then taking a break to pause and recalibrate and really notice the foundation upon which you're building. Because I was building on some shaky foundation and it wasn't work and I had to reset. And that was the year I got really into nervous system work and healing my anxiety and all of that. And it was around like the summer of that year I got really sick. And when we get sick, it's again, it was one of those big pushes from the universe asking me to reevaluate what I was doing with my life. You know, how do I wanna spend my days? What would I do if I was healthy, right? When, when you're sick, it makes you really think about you know, when I'm finally healthy, how would I be spending my time? And the thing that came— kept coming back to me was I want to do psychic readings. You know, if, if I'm here on this Earth and I'm not doing that, then what am I doing? And that was— that's when I started to have the pull to do readings again. And I started to slowly come back, start to slowly practice. And you had started posting for your, like, around the Black Friday sale, and I messaged you being like, I think I want to do this. And you sent me an answer that was really funny because I had also invested in another course. What did I say? I mean, also invested in another course. I had like invested in a health coaching course because that's something I just— still, you know, just to see. All right, I was like, I'm, I'm, I'm finally healthy again, I'm ready to take action. Like, the psychic thing is good, but maybe I'll get into health coaching. So I signed up for the health coaching course and I was like, I'll do ANA later. But you were posting so much, I was just like, I am just like feeling so drawn into this and I messaged you being like, I really want to do this, but I just signed up for this other course. And you would think you said something like, well, if you like, are you sure you're not just using that as an excuse or something? Or it was like, it was like, it was a very like tough love answer. And I was like, you know what? Like, shoot, I guess I might be. Like, I think I just, because it was time, right? I, I had to get honest. I had to say, you know what? I can do these two programs at once. I'm gonna go out less with my friends. I'm gonna drink I'm gonna spend less money on other stuff. I'm gonna find a way to make this work no matter what it takes. And that was the turning point. And that is what finally made me hit buy on ANA was when I was like, I am, I am ready. I'm ready to change my life and commit, and I'm ready to stop making excuses. And I feel like another lie I was telling myself was like, when I make a certain amount of money in my business, that's when I'll invest in business training. Classic.
Classic.
Yeah, yep. And I was like, you're never gonna make anything, girl, like, unless you get some help. Yeah. And so, and that was just what I had to come to, and that's how I ended up signing up.
Yeah, I love that. Oh my God, that's so funny. I have to go back in our DMs and actually see what I said to you because I'm like, wow, that's so funny. I feel like that time of year too for me was just like so crazy, and like the Black Friday sale was so much happening, so I can imagine that I was just like very much in an energy of like, well, if you want to do it, then you will. And like, you know, if, if you want to do two things at once, you'll find a way. And maybe it's an excuse, or maybe it's really not the right time, but I'm sure you know the answer. And that was probably like something that I said. I'm sure you know what's right for you, or something like that. So that's really funny.
But it's—
yeah, it's crazy sometimes how we like witness ourselves in those. And I think everything, you know, of course happens in divine timing. And if you had done it two years prior, it's not to say that it would have been better, because you also have to be ready, and you have to— and sometimes we do need to want it more, as you said, like a little bit more struggle, a little bit more pain, a little bit more perspective on what's important in life and how much you actually value this thing. But then you get to the point where it's like, am I going to continue to make the excuses, or am I going to decide that like, oh, I actually am ready, you know, I'm just feeling a little bit of fear. So yeah, I really appreciate you sharing that story because I know so many people can resonate. Um, we wait, we wait on our dreams so often. And then look at where you are now. I mean, I'd love for you to just kind of share a little bit about the transition because obviously that was a, a big step. You invested in yourself twice in, you know, a really short time frame. It was like a big commitment to want to do multiple things at once, and you knew it was going to require a lot of action and change. What were— yeah, what's the— you know, you reap what you sow. So what is the kind of like other side of that? What's the benefit? What, what changed for you in business?
I feel like as soon as I signed up for ANA, the shift happened immediately. I swear to God, the next day I all of a sudden had 2 weeks booked out of readings. One of my reels went viral. It was like the energy shifted. The universe responded responded to me giving my 50%, and it gave its 50% back to me. And I was— immediately from that moment, I was like, this course is going to change everything. And that was the thing about ANA for me. I feel like it gave me the framework and the tools and the structure that I could have never found in some freebie or a podcast or anything. I feel like the wisdom and the value that you pack into that course, it's, it's things that I never would have even thought of. And it's so tangible. It's so actionable. I felt like the homeworks that you gave and the trainings that were inside, I was able to immediately like go to Instagram and, and make that change or make that shift or change the way I was interfacing with a client or set that boundaries. I feel like the biggest thing though, for me that Ana gave me was, um, the way I was messaging and talking about my work. I feel like you has such a, like, divine gift for understanding what people really want. And I feel like the core— the, the training inside ANA around, you know, messaging and, and showing up on Instagram and how to get people to resonate with your story— that shifted so much because most of my clients find me through Instagram. That's like the main funnel for how my clients find me. And when I started to dial in my messaging, when I started to show up with the same energy that you do, like, or a similar version of it, because I was in close proximity to you. I was in your world. I was able to be like, okay, well, she's doing it like this. I feel like I can get the confidence, you know, to show up. And, you know, even if I flop and I'm embarrassing because I haven't done this for as long, it doesn't matter. I feel like you were just always there being like, so what? So what if you're— it's embarrassing? So what if this reel flops? And that was the thing that I needed to have me keep going, and it was from showing up on all of the days that I didn't want to, on all of the days that I thought a reel was silly or stupid, or I had the— all of the different things I had to A/B test. That's what helped me get a steady stream of clients over time. That's what built the followers. I felt like in the previous iteration of my business before joining ANA, I would just do one thing and it would flop, and I just like wouldn't go back on Instagram for 2 weeks. I would be so embarrassed, or I just was like, this is never going to work. But it was the constant momentum and support of you, of the community, of the group chat, of seeing other people try and fail and get themselves back up. That's why I was like, I'm just going to keep going. And it was that forward motion that I feel like really changed everything and continues to change everything.
Yeah, I think there's something to be said too for that kind of energy, not just for me, but like from, from the group and having a community where it's like we're starting at the same point all together. That's one thing that I love about ANA is like, we start week 1, we're all on week 1 together, we're all on week 2 together, we're all on week 3 together. And there is this like body double effect where it's like you're almost in like a group project. It's obviously your own version of it, but it feels like, okay, next step, next step, next step. And so it's very easy and you're more supported in continuing to put one foot in front of the other and actually make those, um, continuous steps and take the risks and the action and the, and showing up and the consistency online and all of it that's required. But yeah, I, I agree. I think that, you know, messaging and I think that's one of the things that, uh, is one of my strengths for sure. I know that I have a stellium in the house of communication and my south node is, um, in the house of communication. And so like a lot of my like mastery in this lifetime is a about messaging and knowing what people want and how to frame things in a way that's going to grab attention and all of that. So I love that I get to share that with you guys because it's such an invaluable tool. And I'm also glad to know that something that maybe comes relatively naturally for me can actually be taught and received and learned by someone that maybe it doesn't come as naturally to. So I love seeing people start to really make shifts in their messaging and like thrive and attract clients through that. It really means a lot to me because I'm like, oh gosh, I have this like natural thing. I'm sure you feel that way with like intuitive gifts. It's like, okay, this is like coming to me naturally, but like how do I help someone else cultivate that? And I know that's part of like, you know, another iteration of your work that you're even moving into now is like beyond just doing the readings and helping people through the service that you provide, also teaching other people how to cultivate those gifts. And it's like a whole nother beast. I'm sure you know that side of, okay, how do I actually like make a framework for this, or like give them action steps that are going to help them build this. So I love, I love hearing that, and that feedback is really, really, um, yeah, it's really special to me. So if you guys are thinking about joining ANA, make sure that you upgrade and you add Magnetic Messaging, because that is the training that Caroline is talking about. But for all of you that are like, I love all of this, I want to dig deeper into the spirituality side things. Caroline, can you share with everyone where they can find you if they want to do a reading or they want to learn how to tap into their own gifts? Like, what's the best way to connect with you and to learn from you?
Yes, absolutely. And first of all, thank you so much for having me. It was so fun. I'm just so grateful for all of your help and support and really seeing— holding the vision for me when I couldn't hold it for myself. I'm like, I literally get emotional talking about it because this— your course like really changed changed everything for me. And so if you're even thinking about it, I would dive deep and make the investment and say yes, um, to that work with Sam, because it really, it really changed the course of my life, and I don't know where I'd be without her. I'm gonna cry. I'm like, I wasn't expecting to get emotional, but that's how you know it's the truth, for real. Um, but yeah, you really— yeah. It's, it's incredible what you share. And, and I just, I couldn't imagine my life without it. And yeah, um, but of course, and I know you'll never get rid of me because I'm always going to keep coming back. I'm always going to be in your world. Anything you do, any free workshop, I'm like, trust me, I'm there. Um, but yes, for anybody who wants to dive deeper into spirituality and intuition with me, um, you could book a psychic reading at my website, www.peacenchaosandwhy.com. Um, I offer psychic readings, and like Sam mentioned, I offer intuitive coaching where I help you connect to your intuition and live more in self-trust, um, to go after the life of your dreams. Um, or you can just follow me on Instagram @peaceandchaosny to get just some quick hot psychic tips and just to follow my life as, you know, a New York City girl.
