This podcast is designed to help you expand your mind and uplevel your life. So turn the volume up and roll the windows down if you're coming along for the ride. Let's go make shit happen. So the first thing we have to get into is the top tier immersion weekend. It was so much fun. If you have ever met people online and gotten to know them and built like a relationship of any kind or a sisterhood, or you've been in a group program or a mastermind or something, and then you actually go and get to meet those people in person, it just— it changes everything. Like, I can't even describe— I can't even describe it. But like, I've experienced it myself because I've been in masterminds and then we've gone on retreats together and meeting those types of women in person who you've connected so deeply with online. It's the most like effortless transition from stranger to best friend that you've ever had in your entire life. And this is why I love in-person stuff and retreats in general, because when you meet people who are just on the same wavelength as you, it's so freaking easy to connect and it just, it creates the most beautiful relationships and friendships. And yeah, it's, it's like an unforgettable experience. And I know for a lot of the women that were in Top Tier, this was kind of like their first experience with that. They had, you know, done a lot of coaching in the past, but not every program that you join has an all-inclusive retreat or weekend immersion or whatever included in it. And so a lot of times we make these online friendships, but then we don't actually get to connect with the people in person unless, you know, you live in a— in, in the same area or you meet up with one of the girls. But to have everybody all together in the same room was just absolutely amazing. And I know that this weekend alone changed a lot of these women's lives. Like, they were just sharing about it and shouting it from the mountaintops the entire weekend. Like, life will never be the same. There's a version of me before this weekend and after. Like, it really, really, really shifted things for these women. So I get again, like just proof for me of how important and powerful it is to not only get in the room, but also to meet these people that you are making connections with. I mean, that's the whole reason why I designed an all-inclusive retreat to be part of Top Tier Mastermind, because I know how powerful that was for me in my experience, you know, getting to meet and connect with the women that I had been masterminding with for 12 months and then to meet them all in person on a retreat, it was, it meant a lot to me. And, you know, those are like lifelong friendships with people that I have now and some of my best friends. And they started out as online strangers. And so I know we all live in different corners of the world and girls came from Germany and Canada and California and like all over to be able to come to this weekend. Like, some people really traveled far and wide to be able to be here just for a 2.5-day event. But like, it's because it's priceless. It's because you really truly cannot put a price tag on how valuable it is to have those relationships and have those women in your corner and to have lifelong friends who are on the same page as you and building businesses and in a similar phase and stage of growth. And yeah, like, I think that is the highlight of it all is the relationships that you build and the lifelong friendships that you make. And so I just feel so grateful that I was able to facilitate that for these women and that we— and that it turned out as amazing as I expected that it would and probably even better, and that everyone walked away truly feeling like their life was significantly impacted and changed from their experience in Top Tier and then combining that with the weekend in person. It was just like on another level. So I just wanted to share with you guys some of the things that we got up to, whether you're like thinking of joining Top Tier or not. I think it's fun to be like nosy and just be like, what were they actually doing, right? Like, what is the immersion weekend? What did you guys actually do? So I'm going to go through the entire itinerary with you and just kind of give you the— yeah, the behind the scenes scoop on everything that we got up to and also some things that you didn't see on social media from that weekend. So day one, we started off with everyone arriving at my actual house. So I invited everyone over. To my place. They arrived at my condo around 10 AM, and we had like coffee and snacks and catered stuff from Pura Vida, which is like one of my favorite places in South Florida. If you live in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, anywhere here in kind of the South Florida area, you know that Pura Vida is a fucking staple. It's just like the, the most delicious, fun, healthy food. It's amazing. So we catered from there, and we had like snacks and coffee and stuff at my house, and everybody just came in and we got to meet each other for the first time. Some of the girls had already been staying together in an Airbnb before this first day, just because when you're traveling, you know, if the day starts at 10 AM, you probably want to be here like a day or two before. So they organized and they had an Airbnb together and they hung out and they went out to dinner the night before. So some of them already knew each other, but like, I had not met anybody in person yet. So they arrived at my house, we all just hung out, met each other.. And the energy was already like so potent and amazing just in the first like 30 minutes of us just like hang— like people were already like twerking and dancing and laughing. And it was just like, like I said, the transition from stranger to best friend is so fucking quick when you are in these containers where it's like everybody is on the right vibe and you're just like-minded. And so you get in the room and you're like, oh duh, like we're best friends. And we already, we feel like we already know each other. And so the energy was just amazing. And so then we started off by doing a future casting workshop in my living room. I had all these like cozy blankets on the floor, and then I have like this huge massive couch that everyone was sitting on, and they all had their gifts there waiting for them. We did like— I wanted everything for this mastermind to be really aesthetically pleasing and branded, and so every gift and everything was really like well thought out because they get a welcome gift as well in the mail when they first join, and that has like some really fun goodies in it and some branded things. And you've probably seen the top tier tote bags, and those are part of the welcome gift. So then I was like, what am I going to do for the immersion gifts? Because I love giving my clients gifts when I get to meet them. So I wanted to give them more gifts. So we did more merch and more fun stuff. We did branded stationery and I wrote everyone a handwritten letter and they got Top Tier hoodies and they got like a Summer Fridays lip balm and they got gift cards and just like, oh, I gave them a book, which I'm not going to disclose which one it was because if you join the mastermind, I don't want you to know what all of your presents are. But anyway, so they all had their gifts and it was really fun to open that. And then we had a fun little moment where everyone wrote on a card something about each of the other women in the mastermind that they enjoyed or that they liked learning from them or that they felt inspired by. And so we got to do kind of just like a words of affirmation exercise and in giving every woman a note from every other member of the mastermind of just like what, what they brought to the table in this space and why they were grateful for them and what they loved about them or their energy or what they felt what was inspiring from them. And so that was really beautiful. Everyone got to read that from all of the women that they had, you know, just been working with for the past 4 and a half months. And that was like emotional and just like very, very cute. And so then we, we did our future casting workshop there in my living room, and then we jumped right into a sales mapping workshop. And we kind of talked about like Q4 and especially Black Friday. That was like a huge theme. I was helping all of my clients really map out what their plan was going into Black Friday for this year and especially quarter four. And then after that, we walked through my neighborhood and we went to one of my favorite restaurants here on the canal and we had a delicious lunch on the waterfront. And then after that, we walked along the beach and we did like a guided beach meditation together. And then we came back to my place, we got everyone's suitcases and stuff, and we Ubered over to the hotel, which is like 5 minutes down the street from my house. And then we checked in at the hotel, which was so amazing, so beautiful. The rooms were chef's kiss. Like, I, I didn't even know because I didn't even see the rooms before we got in there, but like, my room was fucking massive. I was like, oh, this is why— this is what we paid for. Like, I get it now. And I had like a— you could see out over the pool and the ocean, and I just had this huge suite. And, and the girls were all kind of like staying together in rooms so that no one was alone, and it was just like a really fun, like, massive kind of like sleepover in a 5-star hotel vibe. And we were right on the ocean and it was just beautiful. So we, we checked in at the hotel and we had some free time to like hang out and get ready for dinner. And everyone was kind of getting ready together in their rooms. And then there's a really nice restaurant right below the hotel that I actually go to a lot. Haiman— I really love this restaurant. It's like a Japanese-Korean fusion, I'm pretty sure. And it, it's It's like, it's very fun and it's right on the water, on like, you have a view of the beach and the ocean. So that's right below the hotel. So we just went down and we had dinner there. It was amazing, such good food. And then we will get into day 2, but here's one of the things that you guys did not see behind the scenes, which was that I got food poisoning on the first night of the retreat. And it wasn't anything that we ate as a group, it was actually something that I ate the day before. So I'm pretty sure it was like a bad piece of pastrami, which is just like a lunch meat. And I ate that the day before everyone came over to my house. And I remember eating it, and I had like half of a slice, and I immediately— it was like kind of like wet and slimy, and I immediately just felt like, oh my god, no. That like— I had like an intuitive knowing that was just like, do not eat the rest of this piece of pastrami. And so I threw it out. And then so the next morning I was kind of like cleaning out the fridge because I had all of these like coffees and waters and stuff that was was coming from the caterers for before everyone arrived at my house. And I looked at the package of pastrami and like all the pieces were like turning black and it was very clearly like had gone bad. And I threw it in the trash and I was like, oh shit, like I, I ate that. Hopefully, hopefully I'm good to go. And then that day during some of the workshops at my house, I kind of started to get like gurgly tummy and I was like, oh, what is this? But I was fine the whole rest of the day and through the evening. We had an amazing dinner, all good. And then it was like around 11 PM at night, I started to feel like I think I'm going to get sick. And so I was in my hotel room by myself and sure enough, I puked and I was like, oh God, like this is actually happening. Like whatever, whatever this is, like if it's food poisoning or whatever, I didn't really know at that point, but now I'm pretty sure that it was. I was like, oh shit, this is actually happening. And so I was getting sick. It was coming out both ends, you know, pretty difficult food poisoning. And I just kept trying. Like, my main motivation was like, I have to get sleep because we have a big day tomorrow. I'm hosting all these people. They've traveled from all over the world to be here. Like, we have a day and a half left of this event. Like, I cannot be sick right now. Like, I need to feel better, so I just need to get some rest. And no matter how hard I tried, I could not fall asleep. Like, I don't know if this happens to other people, but when I have like a stomach bug or like I'm sick to my stomach for any reason, whether it's like drinking or, or anything, I just get the worst like shivers and shakes and I literally cannot fall asleep. So I was just laying in my big beautiful hotel room, and the funniest part was I literally recorded— I recorded an Instagram story of my room when I first checked in because it was so beautiful, and the bathroom was enormous and had this gorgeous like shower and marble and a huge bathtub. And I recorded this little Instagram story of the bathroom and it was like, this bathroom is giving top tier. And then cut to me like 5 hours later, like puking and shitting in the bathroom. Like, this is not giving top tier. This is anything but top tier. So I'm fully, fully sick. I can't fall asleep. I'm shaking, shivering in my bed. I'm sweating, I'm freezing, I'm uncomfortable. I just keep looking at the clock. I'm picking up my phone and it's like 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30. Eventually I am like, all right, I need to make myself get sick again because clearly I have something in my system that is not sitting well with me. I've not been able to rest this entire freaking night. Like, we need to get this over with. So I had to do the worst thing on the planet which is I had to make myself get sick one last time and just ensure that everything was gone and out. And it was. There was nothing left, let me tell you that. It was like a heaving moment. And then I felt so empty inside, like the kind of empty stomach where it literally hurts. It feels like you have a rock in your stomach. It's so empty. You're like, like famished. Is that a word? Famished, malnourished, whatever. And I remember being like, okay, so I have something I think you're really going to love and your business is going to love it even more. Do you want to steal the strategy I've been using to seduce premium buyers and sell out my offers on Instagram stories? Chances are you're already posting, you're already making sales, but if your Instagram stories aren't working as hard as you are, you're leaving money on the table. Sold Out Stories is going to teach you exactly how to change that so that you can sell out any offer at any price point. And even high-caliber coaches miss this because selling on stories isn't about how much you post or how frequently you show up face to camera. It's about psychological sequencing. And the way you're posting right now might be giving the premium buyers in your audience the ick. Documenting your day and hoping it builds trust, posting look at me content and calling it authority, sharing client wins as soon as they drop in instead of strategically weeding moving them into a story selling sequence designed to drive demand and convert sales. We both know that you're not here to learn how to show up more. You're here because you know your content could be converting faster and more effectively. Sold Out Stories is going to give you 5 high-converting story selling frameworks built specifically for premium buyer psychology. Inside, you'll get over 6 hours of deep dive video trainings, real IG story breakdowns, and live walkthroughs that show you exactly how to elevate your slides. From authority building all the way to offer flow in less than 10 slides. My clients have already been using these frameworks to pull 5-figure sales days while posting less. One client generated 14 premium leads from a single story sequence. Another sold out her event in under 6 hours with just 8 strategic story slides. No sales calls, no paid ads, just the right frameworks. You'll walk away knowing how to sequence for desire, transition into your offer seamlessly, and sell daily without ever feeling salesy. You already know your offer is incredible, so now it's just time for your stories to sell it like it is. Grab Sold Out Stories today and turn 10 slides or less into your highest converting content. Let's make your next story your most profitable one yet. Click the link in the show notes below and I'll see you inside. I need, I need to put, I need to get like a cracker or something. Like it's the only thing that you really have an appetite for when you're, when you're that sick. So I'm looking around the hotel room and of course there's nothing, there's just fricking and, you know, alcohol bottles and like Snickers bars. And I wanted to vomit just looking at that stuff. So I was like, what am I gonna do if I do not get like a morsel of food in my mouth within the next 20 minutes? I might pass away. Like, I literally was like, this is do or die. If I don't get something inside of me, like, I don't know what's gonna happen. And so I called the front desk, it's like 5 AM, and I asked them if they had any like oyster crackers or, you know, something that they might put in soups and whatever, like some sort of cracker or something that they could bring up to my room. And they said they didn't have anything because of like the time that it was, all like the food stuff like wasn't available or whatever the freaking reason was. But they're like, there's a 24-hour CVS on the street, like maybe you could Uber delivery something. So I get on my app and I'm like, all right, Uber delivery, please come through. I really hope there's a driver awake and available who can get me some saltine crackers and a Gatorade quickly. So I order a box of saltine crackers and a Gatorade and a giant water, and it's going to be 20 minutes until the guy gets to the hotel. And when I tell you that I was watching this little frickin' car emoji on the Uber app as it's moving down the street, counting down the seconds until it arrived, I was like, if he stops at another red light or if something happens and he doesn't arrive at the time that it says he's going to arrive, I will pass away in this bed. Like, it was, it was, it felt that dire and that serious. I was like, I don't know if I'm gonna make it. I don't know if I'm gonna make it. Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Finally he gets there. The hotel staff bring it up to my room. I eat one corner, one corner of a saltine cracker, and then I try to like curl up in a ball and fall asleep. And so I'm trying to get some rest. It takes me like an hour to get down just one freaking cracker. I'm still not feeling well. My stomach is like super sensitive, but at least I know that I'm done getting sick and like, that's over with. I just need to try and get some nutrients into my body and find a way to sleep because I literally had slept for maybe 30 minutes at that point and we had a full day ahead of us for this retreat. So I messaged my friend Susie, who's also a client in the Mastermind, but she does breathwork for me on my retreats and in my Wealth Calibration program and also for the top tier girls. So I'm like, Susie, like, I'm so sick right now. I think I got food poisoning last night. Like, can you please take the girls to the morning yoga class and like, come up to my room and grab my business credit card and like, go get them breakfast and here's the address. And like, it was just chaotic. It was chaotic. But I had to find a way to like, get some sort of rest so that I could— and shower so that I could like, start feeling human and get through the next day. So I had a couple of extra hours of time there since I didn't have to go to the yoga or the breakfast. So that bought me some time to shower, eat another cracker, sip some Gatorade, and yeah, and I started kind of like feeling alive again and I was okay. And so the girls went to beach yoga, they got breakfast at this cute little like outdoor, kind of like a, kind of like a taco truck, but it's like a, it's breakfast food. It's very cute. It's like in the neighborhood right behind the hotel. And then I met them in the boardroom for our first workshop of the second day, um, which was all about sexy seamless launches. So we did a full-on launching workshop in the boardroom, and then we had a beautiful catered lunch from the hotel in the boardroom as well. They had this amazing spread that they put out just for us. It was like all kinds of different Mexican food with like mahi-mahi and beans and roasted vegetables and chicken and salsas, and there was churros and chocolate and all kinds of amazing stuff. Of course I couldn't eat any of it. I tried to get down some rice and that was a no. So, but the lunch was amazing. And then we continued into a content planning workshop, and then we had our photo shoot and content filming session outside. So I brought some of my friends who do photos for me and videography, and some of them are past clients of mine, which is just very cool and kind of like a full circle moment that they now get to shoot for me. And so we did some photo shooting on like the rooftop area of the hotel and then also on the beach, individual shots, group shots. We got some video stuff, and then we were also kind of like filming reels and TikToks and stuff together in like small groups when people were getting their personal shots done and stuff like that. And it was just like a very fun, very fun, um, photo shoot session. And then we finished that by running into the ocean in our dresses. Not everyone wanted to participate, but a group of us ran into the ocean in our dresses, and we were just like living, living life, you know. One of our— we kept saying like, are you a down bitch or not, this entire weekend. And so all the girls that ran into the ocean was just like, you guys are down bitches! And everybody was just so down to like do whatever. Like, when it came to content and filming, we were like recording the funniest, most ridiculous stuff, and like everybody was just into it. Everybody was just down. We were dancing on the beach in front of so many people. Like, you'll see the videos from this weekend once I post them on Instagram. I'm sure you've seen some of it already if you follow along in stories, but you just see like us dancing in a group and it looks very cute. But like, what you don't see is that we are in the most populated touristy area of Fort Lauderdale Beach, which is a hot vacation hotspot. And this is like high time down here because winter in the Northern Hemisphere is the best time to go to Florida because hurricane season is over. The weather is amazing. It's not too hot, but it is totally summer weather still. And so there was a lot of people on this beach, and people were watching us, looking at us. We had tripods sticking up out of the sand. We were like filming in our phones. We were dancing. There was a videographer doing circles around us. People are doing— laying on the beach doing sexy photo shoot poses like the confidence was through the roof because we truly had no choice, and it was just so much fun. And I think the best part was actually running into the ocean afterwards because then I was in like a, a beautiful like black silk dress, and then I got out of the water and it was completely stuck to me, like suctioned to my body. I'm soaking wet. I fully went underwater, so my hair is wet, my face is all wet, my makeup is running. I've got a soaking wet dress, and then I had to put my heels on to cross the road and get back to the hotel. So I'm walking across the street in a soaking wet silk dress with heels on. And one of my clients took a picture and I posted it on Instagram stories, but I have my Top Tier Mastermind tote bag and I'm just dripping wet. My hair's wet, my feet are full of sand, and they're just like shoved inside of my heels. So, so ridiculous, but like so fun, you know, cuz Hey, don't forget that every month we are picking a Listener of the Month to win $50 in cash just for showing love to the show. I'm a down bitch and we just— we're just— we're here for it. We're here to do whatever needs to get done for the content, for the vibes, for the fun. For the confidence, for all of it. So after our big photo shoot, we had some free time to hang out at the hotel and relax and get ready for dinner. And then we went to dinner downtown at another one of my favorite spots. I went there last year for my birthday. I've been there a couple times with friends and with Jaime, and it's just one of my favorite spots. So we took everyone there downtown for dinner, and we had this amazing Italian meal. So many gorgeous appetizers, pasta. Some of the girls said they had the best steak of their life that they, they've ever had. And I was like, okay, I need to order the steak next time because what am I doing over here ordering pasta? I mean, it is an Italian place, but yeah, I mean, it was just amazing, amazing food. And then they do this really cute like tarot pull thing for dessert. Like you pull a tarot card and that's like the dessert that you get. So that was really fun. And that was completion of day 2. So then day 3 was our last day. We started off with another sunrise yoga session on the beach, and then And then I had Susie guide the women through an amazing hypno breathwork session, which was so transformative. There were so many tears, so much energy being moved, like so many blocks that were broken through in that session. It was really, really incredible, especially because I think everyone felt so safe being in this group of women that they have known and worked with for the past couple of months, and now they just got super close with. Throughout the weekend. And yeah, it was just like this most beautiful, safest container. And we were all like really close together and cozied up with blankets and towels and eye masks. And it was— yeah, it was just a really, really, really transformative session. And so we kind of spent the morning doing yoga and then hypno breathwork, and then we all got freshened up and changed and checked out of our rooms. And we closed our weekend with an oceanfront brunch. Lunch at another one of my favorite spots, um, right next to the hotel where we were staying. And we had just amazing conversations. We talked about the weekend, what we loved, um, how grateful we were to have had this experience. I cried, like, I was just— I was so moved at how powerful the weekend was and how grateful I felt to have these incredible clients in my, in my life who are, of course, you know, friends and, and peers. And yeah, just feeling so lucky and so grateful. We shared our, our biggest like transformations and favorite moments. And yeah, we just had really, really beautiful conversations over a gorgeous brunch with a view of the ocean. And then we said our goodbyes and we, we departed. And so a lot of the girls decided to stay in Miami area and they got another like Airbnb together and they kind of hung out for the next couple of days and frolicked around Miami and they went shopping and they did did some touristy stuff and the beach and all the things. And so it was just a really good opportunity for everyone to come together and get to know each other and have like a really fun— yeah, just like a really, really fun trip with like-minded people and really solidify those relationships that were built inside of the mastermind. So overall, I rallied. That was the one— that was the one downer of the weekend for me personally, was that I did not feel well since I got food poisoning. But I rallied. I was good to go for day you won't even be able to tell in my photoshoot pictures and videos that I was like 24 hours without sleep and without a single morsel of food. Just, just a cracker and a few sips of Gatorade. But we were thriving. We were thriving. And it was just— it was so much fun. Okay, so Black Friday literally popped the fuck off this year. And I don't know if you guys are fans of Black Friday shopping or Cyber Monday or what you prefer, but I just remember like in high school I literally went to the mall at midnight with my friends, like drove to the mall in my little car. We parked, it was pitch black outside, freezing, because I grew up in Buffalo. We went to the Galleria Mall and we would literally like go into the stores and be getting trampled by people. And I just remember like running through Urban Outfitters and like trying to find clothes. And of course you couldn't try anything on because it was just a race to the checkout to like get stuff. And it was just like absolutely insane. Obviously Black Friday has changed a lot since those days because nowadays a lot more people are just shopping online, and it's like Black Friday November 1st, which it's normally supposed to be the Friday after American Thanksgiving, which American Thanksgiving is the third Thursday of November. So it's always like towards the end of the month, but you know, the deals are starting earlier and earlier every year. So we're just out here, we're out here trying to compete, you know, as, as small business owners. But my personal purchases for Black Friday, Cyber Monday— I got new luggage, which, hello, travel girly, Sagittarius season, the vibes are totally right. I got a new suitcase, some new luggage, and then I got myself an Oura Ring, which I've been wanting one for the longest time, and I'm so excited to just like track my sleep and see what's going on. I'm not sure how long I'll truly be fascinated by the Oura Ring, but it's like the curiosity is too much. Like, I can't— I can't not know anymore. So I just really want to know what my sleep score is, and I also want to do some fun experiments. Like, I want to take my Sol CBD sleepy gummies versus just the plain CBD oil, which has no melatonin in it, and kind of see what my sleep scores are like the difference between the two versus my sleep score when I take nothing versus when I sleep with an eye mask or without. I'll probably do an experiment when I tape my mouth and use like some mouth tape and see if my sleep score increases when I have the mouth tape on, because that's supposed to be a thing. When you breathe more just through your nose while you're sleeping, apparently your sleep quality is supposed to improve a lot. So I just just, you know, the, the— I'm not a huge biohacker, but like I am curious and I do like wellness things. So I'm excited to just like play and see, see how good or bad my sleep is and just make little adjustments from there and see how good I can get it. What I will say is that I, I think I'm a pretty talented sleeper. Like I fall asleep really quickly and I could sleep for a really long time, but I've always wondered if my ability to sleep for so long is maybe because I'm not getting that quality of sleep. Like I'll really interested to see what my REM is actually like once I start wearing my Oura Ring, because like, if I don't have an alarm, I will sleep for at least 9 or 10 hours before I naturally wake up. Like, at least. And it doesn't really matter what time I go to bed. It's like I will sleep for at least 9 or 10 hours if I don't have an alarm to wake me up. And it's always pretty challenging for me to wake up in the morning. Like, I don't jump out of bed super energized. And I don't know, I'm just like curious about it. So I got myself the Oura Ring. I'm excited about that. They were on sale, so I said add to cart, please. Thank you very much. And then I locked in 6 months of mentorship for 2024 because, you know, high-level business owners, they, they know that they operate at an increased speed and higher efficiency and they take bigger action and bigger risks and they perform better in their business businesses when they are in mentorship. High-level business owners just know that to be true, so they don't wait around hoping that their dream coach will have a spot available next year at some point when they feel ready or when they feel like they need a lot of help or things have gone badly. They get in quick and they secure the mentorship earlier, and then they write that shit off as a business expense, right? Because anything that you buy for your business between now and the end of the year is a tax write-off, so it reduces your taxable income for 2023, and you're also making money-making moves for 2024 that are going to help you grow your business and do better. And the thing is, like, a lot of us are going to invest in some sort of mentorship in 2024. We just are. So many of us are probably either going to join a mastermind or sign with a one-on-one coach or join a group program of some sort. We— that's just inevitable. We know we're going to do it. So if you have the opportunity to do it now and get a tax write-off for it, then you might as well do it now, especially if it's on sale, right? So if you're listening to this the day that it comes out, the Black Friday Cyber Monday deals are still available on my site. You can join, um, Abundant and Ambitious, and you can also apply for one-on-one business mentorship with me and lock in my current rates before they go up in 2024. So we will leave the link in the show notes for you guys to check out all of the Black Friday Cyber Monday deals, but those will expire at midnight on Cyber Monday, so those might be gone. However, Talk to Your Mastermind is coming back for my birthday later this week, so stay tuned for that. If you are a more established business owner and you're looking for mastermind-style support in a small, intimate, and exclusive group, that's another way that we could potentially work together in 2024. And then of course, one-on-one stuff is still available and you can snag my current rates before they go up in the new year. So anyways, of course, in my personal Black Friday Cyber Monday purchases, I had to secure my own 6 months of mentorship for 2024. And then the last thing that I bought was— it wasn't even on sale, like this doesn't even count, it's so stupid— but I told you guys in, I think, like July or August that I got the Chanel Baume Essentiel Glow Stick in transparent, and it's It's this little like makeup thing that went viral on TikTok because it makes your skin have that like dewy, glowy look. It's just clear. It's like a clear little stick that you rub on the high points of your cheekbones and down the bridge of your nose and on the top of your cupid's bow on your lip. And it gives you that like dewy, glowy look. And you could literally put it on even if you don't wear makeup. Like it's clear, it's see-through, it just makes you look dewy and glowy. And I'm obsessed with it. And I got to the end of my thing and I went to try and find it. And again, because I told you guys in the summer, I was like, this was really freaking hard to find. I looked everywhere for it. The only place that I could find it was when I was traveling to London and I was in the airport and I was going through like the duty-free section and they had a Chanel thing. And I was like, oh my gosh, they might have one of these. And they did. And they only had like 2 or 3 left. And I honestly should have bought all of them, but I just bought the one because I never had it before. I wanted to see if I liked it. And so I got to the bottom of that one probably like a month ago, and I've been without it because it's fucking sold out everywhere all the time. And I'm on all of the waiting lists to let me know when it's back in stock, and it never is. Like, it just never is. I'm on like the Ulta list, I'm on the Chanel list. Like, I'm like, hello, like, where is this product that everybody wants to buy from you? Please. So I was about to sit down to record this episode and I got an email that said, "Your Chanel product is now available." And so I go and I click on it and for some reason it takes me to the frickin' Finland Chanel website. I guess in my frantic search to get on all the waitlists for this stupid glow stick, I must have signed up somehow to the Chanel, like, Finland website or something. So it says it's fully available. I'm like, add 3 to cart, and then I go to checkout and I can't. I can't because it's only European countries that I can select for shipping and billing because I'm in the Finland store. So I'm like, shit, I got to get to the US store. So I go to the US store to see if it's available. Of course it's not. It's sold out. There's usually other colors available because it comes in other colors, but you want the transparent one. Okay. And honestly, it is a gift from God that I'm even telling you about this because you're going to go and try to buy it now and make it even more impossible for me to ever get this in the future.. And when I tell you that this glow stick is a vice, I just— I don't— I've never seen anything like it. It just— it's exactly what you want. Okay, so this is a gift from God that I'm even telling you about this. But anyways, I'm like, okay, it's not available in the US. Let me go back to the European store and let me see if I can ship it to Spain because I'm going to be in Spain in January and I'll just pick it up there. I'm so desperate for my glow stick. Stick. So I add 3 of these freaking glow sticks to my cart, and then I'm like, just ship it to Spain, it's fine. But then you, you can't use an American card. So the desperation— I call Jaime, I'm like, hey, do we still have a Spanish credit card somewhere? Give me the number, give me the deets. Like, so dramatic. He's like at the brokerage, like trying to do a closing with a client for a real estate deal, and I'm like, you don't understand, it's gonna sell out. So anyway, I bought 3 of those glow sticks. Actually, I think with the Spanish store I was only able to get 2. But anyway, at least I have those for a while now. That should last me for, let's see, August, September, October, November. Uh, it's probably one, probably last me like 3-ish months. Yeah, 3 and a half months, maybe almost 4. So that means I have, I've got like 7 or 8 months. Anyways, the drama, that is so not important. But, um, yeah, if you, if you want the Chanel glow stick, don't. Just don't. Okay, so anyways, speaking of Black Friday, if you are listening in real time, the 60% off all my courses ends today. There's Abundant and Ambitious Mastermind, which is super duper on sale. It's the lowest price it's ever been, and you get additional bonuses that have never existed inside there before. So that's incredible. And if you do get A Make sure that you upgrade to Magnetic Messaging. It's only $222 extra, but it is a 2-hour workshop that you do not want to miss. This will make your content so much easier to create, and it will make you more money because you will learn the hook formulas and how to create intelligent headlines, which don't just serve you for content, but also podcast titles, email subject lines, sales copy, all of the things. Like, it's a skill that you really, really want to have. So whether you are in ANA already currently or you've pre-enrolled for the 2024 round in March, if you haven't upgraded to Magnetic Messaging, make sure that you do so. It's a no-brainer. Like, you're going to want to have that workshop. And then we also have the Money Bundle, which is on sale down from over $1,000 to just $444. So you get all of those programs, lifetime access. And then from Burnt Out to Badass, which is my signature life transformation course, and that is normally around $1,000 and it is down down to just $399, which is absolutely insane. This program has changed hundreds of women's lives, their careers, their relationships, their bank accounts. Like, it's my signature thing that I was most known for in the coaching space before I got into business stuff. So you can grab that for super cheap. And then like I said, Proximity, which is my private business mentorship, I have just 2 spots left for 2024 at my current rates before they go up. So what's wild about this Black Friday is that we welcomed over 50 new clients in during Black Friday alone, and at the time of recording this, the sale is not even done yet. So that's freaking crazy. Hello, all the new people in my world. 50 new clients just from Black Friday alone. The business generated nearly $60,000 in one single week just from Black Friday deals. No other sales, no other stuff that I'm selling or past clients client payments or payment plans rolling, none of that, like just from the Black Friday sales was nearly $60,000 in one week, which is absolutely insane. And then I have some clients that are crushing their own Black Friday sales and they're doing $20,000 weeks. Some of them are doing $10K days just from their Black Friday deals. So it's been a really, really fun time of year to not only be a shopper but to also be a business owner. And yeah, like it— last year I didn't do Black Friday at all and now I'm like, what the fuck was I doing? I really missed out. And I think it's because I was in my— I was in my head of like, I just want to be different and I don't want to do what everybody else is doing. But to be honest, like, it's such a fun time of year to be able to cut prices and create the craziest deals ever and add a bunch of bonuses and just give so much value and be like, fuck it. Like, it's the one time of year where you almost get like a free pass as a business owner to be like, drop your prices super low, go crazy, give the best value, make the best deals, like make it fun. And that was my goal with this year, is what I just wanted to make it super, super fun, not just for me but mostly for the clients who were joining. Like make it such a fun reason to say yes and to like dive into the inner work, the wealth work, the business mentorship. Like make it be a fun reason to say yes. And I think we really, really accomplished that. So That was amazing. Thank you everybody. If you're listening, if you jumped in on one of the Black Friday deals, I'm so excited for you. I can't wait for you to dive into your courses or programs or masterminds or whatever it is that you bought. I'm so excited to hear from you and whatever you're loving about the courses or programs or any results or all of those things. Shoot me a DM. I can't wait to talk to you more and follow along with your journey on whatever it is that you joined. Joined. And then lastly, we closed out this month. Obviously we had Thanksgiving here in the States, so my parents were in town. They came to visit me in Florida, and we had Thanksgiving in my condo, which is the same thing that we did last year. And hopefully this starts to become a tradition because I really, really love it. It's fun. My mom and I just make a big Thanksgiving dinner in my tiny little condo kitchen, but it's so fun. And it's just me and Jaime and my parents, just the four of us, and then of course the dogs but we went on beach walks every day, and usually the weather is like amazing in Florida at this time of year. So we get to go to the beach and hang out and just spend quality time together. And it's not like a crazy vacation where we need to be like running around or doing any kind of type of tourism or any of that stuff. Like, it's just chill time, quality time with family, and it was really, really enjoyable. And then because my birthday is upcoming this Saturday. We tend to celebrate with my parents early when they're in town for Thanksgiving, so we had a boozy birthday brunch. There's an amazing place here in Fort Lauderdale where we go to get this like amazing brunch. You can order like small tapas plates, but then they also have an all-you-can-eat like brunch buffet, but it's like really high quality, like amazing seafood, amazing meats. Meats, like beautiful desserts, just like, just yum. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. So anyway, it's this beautiful brunch and it's right on the water, and then it's unlimited mimosas and Bloody Marys for like 2.5 hours. And so we got a little, we got a little too tipsy. We got a little too drunk at the brunch, but it was, it was very, very fun. And I posted a, I posted a story because because Jaime and I, we didn't take a picture at the brunch, and then it started raining, so we couldn't get like a cute picture. So I tried to take like a little video of us in the parking garage, and he's like staring at the camera and his eyes are all wonky because he drank too much. And it was just, it was just silly and funny. And my parents were, my parents were gone, um, and my dad actually got a call at the brunch. He got like a random phone call telling him that he was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his like high school hockey team. And so like the, the city of Lockport, New York, where he grew up, like he's one of the Hall of Fame hockey players now. And so he got this phone call and, uh, we were all just like kind of emotional about it and like getting teary-eyed because it meant so much to him. And like hockey was his life for his entire life until he was— he probably didn't stop playing until he was like 55. And then, um, yeah, he left, he left Buffalo and my parents moved down south. And so it was just more challenging for him to get to a rink and find like an adult team to play with. With, but he played hockey his entire life and it was such a big part of our family. And, you know, he coached my brother. And yeah, so that was like very cute and sweet that he got that phone call and he was like super emotional about it. And it was just like, it was a really, really cute moment. And we were all a little bit drunk, so we were just like crying and like, this is so amazing, congrats Dad! And it was very, very cute. So congrats to my dad, he's a Hall of Famer, he's a high school hockey Hall of Famer. Summer. And then after, as if that was not enough, after that all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink brunch, we decided to go to a Bills bar because the Buffalo Bills were playing. And there's a crazy like Bills backer bar here where it's all Bills fans in Fort Lauderdale. And so we went there and it was such a fun time with my parents. They were just being hilarious and having a great time, and we were all screaming and we all lost our voices, and it just— it was a shit show. Of course the Bills lost at the very end. They could have won, but you know, in Bills— true Bills fashion, we just— we couldn't pull through. But it was— it was— it was a fun family time to just, yeah, have like sports and go out to restaurants and beach walks and funny chats. And we were just laughing the whole weekend, so it was a really good time. And then we also— we also taught my parents my parents some money affirmations because Jaime and I have been doing some stuff with, um, investments. And we've been, we've been using these money affirmations anytime that we are making investments or trading or doing whatever. And so I have them written on a whiteboard that is in my office, which is also my spare bedroom. And so my parents were staying in the spare bedroom and they saw this whiteboard and my dad comes out and like, I love money and money loves me. Money is safe with me and loves being in my presence. He's like, that is my favorite one, I love it. So then the whole weekend we're all just saying, I love money and money loves me, and my parents are chanting these money affirmations, and it was just very, very cute. And then also Jaime surprised me with an enormous birthday cake. It was like 11 layers or some crazy shit. It was a giant Oreo birthday cake, and it said "Bye 20s, hello 30s" on it, which was so cute. And yeah, because I'm turning 30, you guys. What the actual heck? I'm turning 30 on Saturday. It's crazy. I can't believe it. I don't feel 30. I don't think I look 30. Someone at the bar was like, "You look 21," and I was like, "Wow, thanks." Like, kind of, I hope. I don't know, what are— what do 21-year-olds look like nowadays? So I'm turning 30, it's a new decade, and I couldn't be more excited. I honestly feel like my 30s are going to be my like hottest, richest, funnest, best decade ever. But to really reflect back on the entire decade of my 20s is just wild. Like to think of all of the versions of myself and everything that I've done since then. And you know, like my 20s really started while I was in college and I looked so different and I was so different. I was so young. We think about the difference between like a 20-year-old and a 30-year-old. It's just so much has happened between that time. Like, I studied abroad and all of my 4 years of college and then moving to Spain and building my business and moving back to the States and buying a house. And so much, so much has changed, and I've become a thousand new versions of myself, and I just couldn't be be more grateful. And I feel really, really excited about the version of me that I'm stepping into. And I just feel like I'm way more secure in who I am, and I feel confident in my work and my abilities. And I love what I do, and I love my clients, and I've built a really beautiful life for myself. And, you know, the business is doing really well, and we crossed into 6 or we crossed into 7 figures this year and the podcast has almost 1.5 million downloads at this point. And there's just, there's so many beautiful things to be grateful for. And of course my health and yeah, just like feeling young and mobile and my skin is looking healthy lately and I don't know, I just, I feel really, really good. I feel really grateful and really excited about this next decade and there's probably gonna be some massive changes in this decade, right? Like I'm probably gonna become a mom in this decade and I'm gonna take you guys along with me on that journey. And so many changes inevitably will happen in my business and my brand. And yeah, like it just feels like I'm on the precipice of a whole new version of reality and life. And I can't wait to bring you along on that journey.
