What's up, my friends? I wanted to share with you my 5 favorite things about Empath. It's hard to just boil everything down to 5, but here we go. My first favorite pretty much just shows up everywhere you go. It's this. Look at all the incredible courses we have from CompTIA training to Microsoft training, or even more importantly, some of the things that we are building every single week. Did you know Empath comes out with a new course every single week? We've released a ton of courses this week on building good, great quizzes. We We have one from Fidan Mirzad. She's a good friend of ours, one of the best cyber incident folks that's out there, also an attorney. Released a series of courses from her. What about building an essential meeting culture from, from Kyle? I mean, on and on and on. What you're going to see in Empath is not generic courses. You're going to see courses that are highly tuned towards what you need to be successful as an MSP of just about any size. So I love these. We can bring up any of these and check out and see what it's really all about. One of our most popular ones right now is taught by our own Dean Trimpelis, Soft Skills for Jerks. Let's admit it, we're all jerks, aren't we? So I love this course. Really powerful way for us to see the capabilities of empath front and center. And number 2, accountability in action. Look, how many times have you had a conversation with someone at your MSP that said, I wanted to train, I wanted to get better at something, but I just didn't have time, boss. What the reality is, is it's less that they had time and more of the challenge that it wasn't a priority. So how do we deliver accountability in action? Well, Empath has a full complementing suite of capabilities around accountability. We can see who's on track and off track to the goals. When are they going to be completing things on time? And super interesting as well, we've got a really amazing integration with ConnectWise and other PSAs coming soon that give the capability of pushing tickets directly into workflows wherever you may live, dropping them into service tickets, boards that you choose, letting technicians pick those learning tickets up and drive towards successful learning and growth. So for the first time, because of Empath, you now have the ability for accountability in action and finally get traction going with all of your training and upskilling and onboarding needs. And number 3, we've already talked about all the incredible content that lives inside of Empath. We could endlessly scroll, we could pick out things inside the platform like AI or automation-based training or soft skills, but one of my other favorite things is the integration integration we have with other sources of learning. Take Microsoft Learn. For the first time at your MSP, now Microsoft Learn does not have to be this stepchild of a platform that you just don't know how to manage. You now have full insights and visibility into everything happening in your ecosystem with our Microsoft Learn integration. Once you enable it, you'll see all of the courses come through and you'll be able to keep grips and tracking on all of your partner status requirements. Also wanted to show you Inspired eLearning. This is the next group of training that we have brought into the platform. This is all kinds of things like end-user training. It also includes anti-sexual harassment training, OSHA, and all sorts of other great components that are necessary both for you and for your end clients. Now I'm going to have to keep the rest of the end client part a secret. There's some things on the roadmap that are coming out. More on that in the future. And number 4, this might be the most impactful of all. You're not left to yourself. You see, with Empath, we've built out pre-configured learning pathways for some of the most important role types in your MSP. We know how incredibly taxing it is to think about what are all the things that my employees need to be capable of to be successful. Well, at Empath, we've got a system that is so much done for you, with you having the ability to make little tweaks. And what's so neat about this is so much of this is completely configurable. For example, after we teach time tracking, you're going to see right here where you can upload your own SOP. You can teach that SOP. In fact, inside of Empath, it's so easy to go create your own content. You can customize a template like this. It then takes you into the backend, and inside of this, we have the ability to fully customize. We can replace lessons. Empath will give you full instructions on what should go in. You can use AI to automatically build some of the, the very simple components that go into this to make it even simpler. And lesson creation is one of the easiest things that you'll ever see in any platform. We can come right into here. It's easy to get content in whether we've already produced it, it's coming in from a different platform, or you just even want to record right from your system directly into Empath. Very, very simple for you to get your own video content in. Same with texting and embedding. We've got integrations and connections into IT Glue, Hootoo, all of your documentation platforms and other third-party resources as well. So it's never been easier to get your content into Empath customized according to your configurations. And lastly, one of my other favorite things is live streams. We have so live content coming into the platform that's tuned to specific role types, from sales and account management to service managers to IT leaders, business ops and owners, to security professionals, for those that are new into their organization, starting out for the first time, for QBRs, you name it. So even for learning managers, there's so much incredible content in Empath, all sortable according to the role type that you need, according to the creators that you love.
