In your mind, what do you see as one of the huge challenges that, that most people struggle when it comes to scaling up?
Yeah, I think there's a variety of different answers. You provide some good examples there. We certainly can think of also just like hiring good talent, right, is another bucket that you could put into that, you know, frame, especially as you're trying to grow, maybe learn, you know, new technologies or things that can help improve the offering that you have with your customers, especially as everybody's probably— all, all of your customers are coming to you and asking about AI and, you know, workflow automation now is even just like a byproduct of that because they think it's one and the same in that sense. But for us in that sense, we had, you know, the last MSP I worked at, we had over 2,000 customers. And so there was, there was a lot of thought there in the sense of scale. And that was nationwide across the US, you know, just trying to think about the different types of personalities and business types. We didn't serve one particular vertical, but one of the things that we would constantly struggle with was this concept of having SOPs. That didn't really scale with the variety of customers that we did have and thinking about their unique needs.
