versus the specialized MSP is this: help me grow. And a good sign of that, to Emily's point, I'm going to bring it back up here again, is are we proactive or reactive when it comes to issues? Are we getting in front of these things? Are we asking them the right questions? Now, just so I'm not buzzwording you, I'll give you an example. When we sit down with the client, do we say, hey, Miss Client, love to know, as Q4 kind of comes in to play, I'd love to be looking at next year already. Anything in particular that's very important for you and the company next year that you're starting to focus on? And they might say, "What are you talking about? You're just here to fix my stuff." And because, you know, you're a commodity MSP, you say, "Yeah, you know, one of the things we're realizing is technology directly maps to the strategy of every one of our clients. And we're doing a better job ourselves of asking those questions." and just making sure that we're staying on pace with where you're going, so that we're able to deliver for you what you're going to be able to need next year. And they say, Oh, OK, well, cool.
