So let's get started with why we need product management. Product management, when we think about it, is really about developing a systemic and intentional approach to deciding on the services we're going to deliver to customers. This keeps us from deviating into areas that we're bad at and we can't really deliver successfully, and keeps us focused on the things that we're really good at and we can genuinely provide value with. So having a process aligned with that helps us ensure that we're not wasting our energy evaluating tools we have no business selling and make sure that our time is committed to the right For MSPs specifically, this is really, really important because we find ourselves in this environment where every day there are new tools being sold and developed. Every time a trend comes about, whether it's security or more recently AI, we're told that the next round of tools are the things that are gonna change our business and they're gonna make us more money and they're gonna make all of our customers' problems kind of evaporate. And we know over time that that's usually just not the case.
