Hi everyone! Happy New Year! Happy 2020! With the start of the new year, I'm also planning to start a new habit. I'm gonna do more vlogging. Given that it's the beginning of the year and many of you may still be working on setting your new resolution and 2020 goals, I want to talk about that. Setting goals is actually really important. It's one of the best ways to help you to achieve what you want in life. With that, I wanted to share with you some of the best things you can do for setting your goals and reaching your goals. Make sure the first step, you set your goal. Second, make sure your goals are trackable. And the third thing is to make sure your goals are very clear. You also may want to include some numbers. but some specifics to make sure when you look back at the end of 2020, you see if you've achieved those goals or not. If you're a beginner, start with just 1 or 2 goals. If you've been doing this for a while, keep adding your goals and keep track of them, track them all. To share some examples with you for this year, I plan to do 2 things in addition to some goals, but I want to share 2 specific ones with you. I'm planning to read more executive and leadership books. I'm planning to read 2 books per month. So by the end of the year, I should finish 24 books around leadership and management and executive topics. In addition to that, a habit that I wanted to keep retaining, but unfortunately I haven't been able to, I want to go back to meditation. I wanted to be able to meditate 7 minutes per night, every night, in order to stay focused, present, and be the best of who I am. I hope with that, you guys are also ready to set your goals. and have an awesome 2020. Please share your thoughts below. Happy New Year, everyone. Bye.
