Hi everyone, happy Monday! Today I want to talk with you about change. As Heraclitus, the Greek philosopher, said years ago, change is the only constant, and this is particularly true about the time we are in. I think we all have been experiencing a lot of changes in our personal lives and at our work environments, and In the last few months. If you've been an entrepreneur and you were fundraising, you probably have seen the whole fundraising environment change a lot in the last few months. If you're someone who's been looking for a job, if you compare the Great Resignation last year with what we are experiencing this year, things are totally different. The compensations that the companies are paying are very different. The number of jobs that are available are very different, particularly that a lot of companies have been going through hiring freeze and really tighten up their hiring policies. And if you are an operator, leader, employee, and executive, you've been probably experiencing a lot of changes in the last few months. The strategy that you've been applying probably has changed. Your expense policies have probably changed. So change is everywhere. So the question is, how do we effectively cope with change so we can be more comfortable? I have 3 tactical tips that I want to share with you. First of all, accept that change is part of the course and adopt and adjust to change as fast as you could. The second thing is to make sure that you identify things that are not working And be the champion of change. That is really important during the time we are in, and that will get really rewarded for people who identify the change and find a solution on how to do things better. The third piece is to make sure you always have Plan B, because not always Plan A will work. And it's really important as operators, as founders, as investors, we always think about what is Plan B if Plan A didn't work. With that, I hope you can put some of these in practice. I'll see you later. Bye.
