Healing Trauma and Finding Power Through Ancient Modalities
3 Jul 2024 · 51 min
Bianca Abbott, a nurse practitioner and healer, shares how family trauma from her mother's infected blood transfusion in 1984 led her away from conventional medicine toward Kundalini Yoga, ketamine therapy, and plant medicines like ayahuasca. She teaches the 4am Aquarian Sadhana and runs Luna Fast, a community fasting program, believing embodiment and collective healing can resolve what pills alone cannot.

I was 13 months. I was taken away from her in the middle of the night and she had to get an emergency C section, blood transfusion, and they ended up giving her hiv. She understood that trauma was the basis of all of our issues. That's where Western medicine really fails, is really getting to the root of trauma.
I would say the majority of the human population is walking around with trauma in their body, and that's manifesting into cancer, tumors, other physical and mental ailments. Welcome to the Path to Purpose podcast where I share incredible conversations with amazing humans who went through a pivotal shift in their lives that have put them on their path of purpose, profit, and impact. She is a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. And today she's going to share her story of. Of how she went from conventional Western medicine to helping her mom handle and stay healthy with having aids. And her story is powerful, is transformative and inspiring. And it is my pleasure to sit down and share Bianca Abbott's journey with all of you today. And I just want to say thank you so much for making the time to be here. I know you just landed back from California last night at like midnight, and here we are talking today, and it's. It's a pleasure to see you again. It's been probably quite some time since we last met in Miami here, I think back in July. So it's been a while since I've seen you and I know you've been all over the place doing all kinds of amazing healing, magic and goodness in the world. And I just want to say thank you. I appreciate you being here today to share your journey with all of us.
It's an honor to be here. I, like, when you asked, I was like, yes, I'll be here and I'll work it out with my traveling. And now I'm here and it's really such an honor to share my story, to be able, if I can just help one person with my story and help empower others to step into their power. I've done my work on this planet.
Amazing. And your story is Very powerful and inspiring and. And I can't wait for everybody watching or listening to hear it. Now. I know this current version of Bianca, you know, following you on Instagram and seeing all the goodness that you do. However, I would love for you to share a bit of your backstory and sort of who you were before you started your path and began to, you know, really step into your full power as a healer.
Yeah, you know, it started at a very young age. Like, I was born into a lineage of healers. My mother was vegetarian when I was in her stomach. She was doing yoga when she was in the hospital. So I've really been in that vibration my whole life. And it really was when my mom was given bad blood in the hospital when I was 13 months. I was taken away from her in the middle of the night, and she had to get an emergency C section and blood transfusion, and they ended up giving her HIV. And so that was, like, in 1984, 16 days before the government mandated that all blood be checked. We didn't find out until three years later that she had been, in fact, given hiv. And so we were so blessed. My father, my sister, all of us were safe. We didn't end up getting the virus, but it put our whole family on a trajectory of healing. And my mother was so smart. She. She understood that trauma was the basis of all of our issues. And that's where Western medicine really fails, is really getting to the root of trauma. And so my life has really been about finding the cure for hiv, understanding how to get myself out of trauma as well as my family. And so everything that I do is really to. To break the karma in my family with chronic illness, with mental illness, addiction, because from that diagnosis, it affected my father, affected my whole family. And so we couldn't tell anybody. It wasn't until I was 33 that I was able to share my story. And so it's been a life of, like, really understanding the root of the virus, hiv, as well as the. The trauma that is. Is. Is created from that. And I feel like I'm not the only one. It. It really doesn't matter. The chronic illness, there's trauma at the basis of all of it. You know, whether it's cancer, whether it's autoimmune, it affects the whole family. Right. And so my programs, the Luna fast was really. Which I launched about five years ago during the pandemic, I helped thousands of people around the world to really get to the root of their issues, because functional integrative medicine, they'll Throw supplements. But if you're not cleansing and detoxing the body first, really having a lean canvas, you're missing the whole point of healing. And my mom, we just did a luna fast. My mom was, you know, fasting for five days. And it's just amazing to witness my mother at 76 years old, you know, doing it and watching, like, people that are much younger than her. You know, it's really created a resilience in my family. Learning from the ancients, you know, yoga, Kundalini yoga, fasting and cleansing and psychedelic therapy. That's like the trifecta of what I do is to really get to. To. To. It's like to get to the root of it, you need more aggressive and ancient healing methodologies that have stood the test of time. And so that's really where I am. I set apart from, you know, your average functional integrative medical practitioner that's not really focused on detoxification and then also the psychedelic therapy to really get to the. The root of trauma. And so I. I've been working in the ketamine for two and a half years and microdosing with psilocybin for clients and really using plant medicine and holistic. Holistic therapies to. To get to the root.
Yeah, beautiful. And now more than ever, addressing the root cause of these diseases is so important because as you said, you know, Western medicine will prescribe all the pharmaceuticals that will numb and temporarily cover up the. The. The illness and symptoms, but it doesn't address the root cause. And that's why, as you know, going back to the originating incident, being, being able to resolve the unprocessed emotions, which is what trauma actually is, is what will truly be healing. Because when you can go back and revisit the originating incident that created that emotion that's trapped in the body, that is how you heal, by processing, feeling, releasing, and ultimately healing from that experience. And there's so many people, I would say the majority of the human population is walking around with trauma in their body, and that's manifesting into cancer, tumors, other physical and mental ailments, and they're completely unaware of it. And the doctors will just keep prescribing more meds to keep them numb and dumb. And look, sick patients are profitable, you.
Know, and, I mean, I was a patient at one point. I was on medications for 13 years. My dad passed away when I was 20 years old, and he suffered from addiction. You know, a diagnosis like that for a family, we became the black sheep. Like, it was very difficult. And we couldn't tell anybody because we would have been like, just pushed away from society. So just from that, I had to, you know, figure out a way. And, you know, we thought that western medicine was the way. I went as far as going to Columbia and NYU to get my nurse practitioner degree. And, um, and I was on medications for 13 years. Like, I really wanted to believe in Western medicine. And, you know, coming from a background of nurses, you know, fifth generation nurse, first nurse practitioner in my family, like, I wanted it to work. And then halfway through my program, I was like, oh, my gosh, I'm just working with chemicals. I'm working with things that, you know, it's. It's very limited. I'm put in a box. They don't even really believe in healing HIV or aids. They don't want to heal you from cancer. They don't want. Like that is like, when I found that out, it was like, whoa. And then I found Dr. Sebi, I found Dr. Morse, and I found these powerful healers that were healing people of everything from ALS to HIV to cancer. And, and it was very simple. And it was very, you know, simple, but very complicated for the average American to kind of like create a whole lifestyle change because it really requires a whole lifestyle change. And a lot of people don't want to get uncomfortable. They want the easy route, not convenient.
They just rather pop a pill.
Pop a pill and take, you know, the, the want to believe in the dream that a pill will solve all of your problems. And that's just not true.
No. Because for that one pill you take, you have to take the three pills to counteract the side effects.
Yeah.
Which is crazy. And, you know, most people don't know the whole story of pharmaceutical pharmaceuticals. How in the 1920s, I believe it was a Rockefeller family who ushered in pharmaceuticals and eradicated plant medicine. You know, when you say plant medicine these days, people think of ayahuasca and psilocybin. However, plant medicine are the herbs and tinctures and the natural remedies that the indigenous people used when people got sick or had disease. Now, of course, Western medicine and pharmaceuticals have served humanity in many ways. And I feel it's gotten to a point where it. I mean, obviously it's a multi trillion dollar industry and it's not in the best interest of the people who own the hospitals and own the pharmaceutical companies for people to heal naturally, you know, because when we are numb, dumb and medicated, we are profitable. Right. And if we knew that we had the ability to heal ourselves through quantum Medicine through our energy, through meditation, through organic food, through fasting, that would cost the pharmaceutical industry trillions of dollars. So why would they want us to know?
Right, exactly. Like my mission is to empower the healer within. Like empower people to give them the knowledge and then have them go and heal themselves. Because at the end of the day you're going to heal yourself. No doctor you know is going to heal you. You have to take the steps and really face your shadows, your darkness if you want to get to the root of the trauma. It's not, it's not an easy way, but it's way better than living a life that's inauthentic, that's sick and in misery. And I think we are living in a culture where we have normalized being in trauma, being in misery, being in.
Depression and being in fear.
I mean, you learn depression, you learn anxiety, these are learned behaviors and you can unlearn them. Right? And so that's why I really love Kundalini Yoga. I just got back from Jaya Dev. I. I've been co facilitating new teachers to come into this world, Kundalini Yoga teachers. And it's been so beautiful to watch them transform with the technology of yoga and to see, you know, when I found Kundalini Yoga, I found a way for my whole family to heal because there wasn't any medication that was going to help us to really like using your own prana, using kriyas, using meditations that have been around for thousands of years. And the yogis had a prescription for so many illnesses through Kriya Yoga. And this is, you know, and I was just astounded when I found this information. And for the first time in my life I could get out of pain without medication. I didn't have to numb myself anymore. I could confront it and get very quick results through using my breath, through using kriya, through committing at 4am to look at my stuff. Because at 4am that's when we can really dig deep into our subconscious mind. And so, you know, for 10 years my sister and I have been co facilitating a space for our community to come together at 4am we're literally going through a 40 day 4am container here. Aquarian Sadhana at Miami Shores Community Church, which has been amazing and to just witness our community stepping up, waking up, coming together to elevate their spirit, to look at their issues and to take in the sweetest time of the day and to use the power of this practice to connect to the divine and to get the blueprint through that connection with the divine to heal themself. Because if it wasn't my, if it wasn't for my connection with the divine, I would not be here today. My family probably wouldn't be alive, to be honest, because we didn't have, I didn't have any doctors that could help me, My sister, my family of the trauma that we were in. I was in therapy at 7 years old. I, you know, I was lucky enough to work with so many different doctors and healers to find out that it doesn't work. I had to travel all around the world to India and Bali and study with master teachers and healers to find the true answer or my mom would have died of aids. My, you know, my family would have passed away from mental illness.
Yeah. And that's one thing I wanted to ask about because I can't even imagine what it would be like to grow up having the secret of your mom is sick.
Yeah.
And you can't tell anybody because you would be blacklisted. And as a young child receiving that news of, you know, mommy's sick and you can't tell anybody. I can just imagine the psychological impact that must have had on you and your family.
I mean, I grew up in Naples, Florida, so I grew up around a very wealthy, you know, 20 people in my class from like kindergarten to high school. So I grew up in a very tight, niche, upper class society. And we could not say a word because I couldn't have friends. If I came, like, come over and hang out with me at my house, we would have been ostracized from, from the community. And people that were sharing their diagnosis were given death threats.
Wow.
And, and, and, and people would vandalize their cars, their house. So we had to really keep it a secret. And that I think the secret is really what kept my family sick for so long. But my mom was such an activist. She started the, the Vegetarian Society of Naples. We had people from all around the world come to our house and talk about health and healing and. But yet she couldn't share her diagnosis and her true reason for stepping into her power. And so that was really my mission, was to like really be an activist, to step into, to that authenticity and take off the mask. And I did it with my community. You know, my mom was on her deathbed. There was nothing we could do. And I was like, okay, we're taking you to 4am Sadhana for 40 days. And we'd wheelchair her. She was so brittle. Like her, her, all of her. Like if she fell, her bones would break. So I had to heal my mom, like help heal my mother of not only like her frailty and, and, and, and, and her willing, she didn't want to live, right. So bringing her at 4am Everybody, she didn't have to do anything. She just had to be in the energy of us praying, of us doing the yoga and it brought her back to life. And so from that and from, you know, working with Dr. Sebi and Dr. Morse to heal her, get her off all the medications, alkalize her body, get her on the right herbs and nutrients to, to come back alive was really what set the foundation for Luna Fast, for working with psychedelic psychedelics and Kundalini Yoga. I saw, you know, like you could easily, not easily rehabilitate, but yes, there's steps to take and you can heal anything. And from that I've, you know, held space for thousands of people to heal at the root from autoimmune conditions, diabetes, obesity, chronic health conditions, mysterious illnesses that they've gone to the functional integrative doctor, they've gone to the naturopath, they've done these things, but still aren't getting the results. And so it's really put me in a unique space. Once you learn how to heal hiv, you can heal really anything in the body. And now my mom's been medication free and she's on her own. Like I spent most of my early 30s rehabilitating my mother in community because like I, you know, like I was going through it and so I needed the help and support of my community. So now I create containers that involve community because it takes a community to heal. You find immunity through community, love that. And we all need each other. And I think right now we're dealing with an age of isolation is really the root of a lot of dis ease in our world, especially in the cities. Like you could be in a city and be so isolated at the same time, very alone. And like especially entrepreneurial life if you're behind a community or behind a screen all day and not connecting. And so through my program, the Luna fast and through Kundalini yoga with the 40 day 4am and, and everything else that I do with psychedelic healing, ayahuasca, psilocybin. It's amazing what happens when you bring a group of people together that really have the intention to heal themselves and to get to the root of their issues and step into their highest self.
Absolutely. That collective energy of people of a shared vibration helps to elevate everyone else. You know, often when people would come visit Me in Nosara, Costa Rica, people would say like, you know, wow, I just feel better being here. And they can't quite put their finger on it. But you know, when you live in a town of, you know, four or five thousand people, and a lot of those people are in the work and a lot of people are coming to that destination for meditation, for healing, for retreats, for ceremonies, there's a vibration to the collective consciousness that you may not be able to consciously acknowledge, but it's something that creates that shift within you. And that's why certain parts of the world, I believe, are like vortexes. Like Sedona, you know, Ibiza, like northern part, you know, probably Ojai, California, I'd say. And so there's these pockets where you have conscious, self aware people who are doing the work and it's palatable, you could really feel it. Now, one thing you shared about living in that state of guilt, shame, worry, those are the lowest vibrational frequencies. Dr. David Hawkins, MAP of consciousness, he breaks down guilt, shame, anger, frustration, resentment, being of the lower end of the spectrum. And with that you are now a vibrational match for diseases, for cancer, for illnesses. And I think, I don't think I know. You know, studies have shown that majority of the human population is living below the megahertz of 200, you know, which means that they are a vibrational match for sickness, disease, illness. They're stuck in scarcity, mindset and, you know, going back to the indoctrination and how we are manipulated from the music we listen, to, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the clothes we wear, you know, what we see on tv, like we are constantly fed low vibrational media and elements to keep us in that lower vibrational frequency. And to your point about no doctor can heal us, no pill can heal us. It's up to us every day to consciously choose. How am I going to elevate my vibration today from what I eat, to what I listen to, to who I spend time with, to how I move my body. These are all different ways that we can work through our trauma process, what we're dealing with. So we can go from guilt, shame, anger, frustration, hate, to gratitude, love and appreciation. And I wish more people could understand that because we are energetic beings and everything in our known reality has vibration frequency to it. We have a choice. Do we want to elevate our frequency to magnetize what we want, which is abundance and love and joy in life, or do we want to stay in that victim mentality and rely on western medicine to save Us because surprise, surprise, if the pandemic showed you anything, the government and the pharmaceutical industries are not coming to save us. You know, it's like they want us numb, dumb and medicated because that's how they make their trillions of dollars. And I feel that people are now starting to wake up to the truth that hey, the government actually doesn't have our best interest in mind. And the pharmaceutical industry is like in cahoots with the government and the media and the doctors and not saying all doctors are bad, but many of the doctors that I'm friends with are indoctrinated to the theory of the pharmaceutical industry because that's just what they inherited and were trained in. But again, if you go Back to the 1920s, the doctors were using plant medicine, natural herbs and tinctures, but they were all eradicated and blacklisted and to the point, some were even killed. You know, and a lot of the literature from back in the day has been abolished, you know, and, and there are so many natural ways we can heal ourselves with sound therapy, which I know is something you're familiar with as well. Like you said, yoga Kriya's plant medicine. And there is obviously small pockets of people and communities in the world that are living in alignment with these natural remedies and modalities, but by far it's still considered woo woo. It's still considered psychedelics are bad. And obviously it's going to take a lot for people to finally get to a point where it's like, okay, we can't trust what the government and pharmaceutical industries are feeding us. And it's up to us to be critical thinkers and question the narrative and ask ourselves, is this actually in my best interest? And obviously Covid and the virus and pandemic were terrible and I feel for people who lost loved ones or you know, are dealing with long haul Covid symptoms. My heart goes out to them, absolutely. But the vaccine related injuries and the people who are dealing with repercussions of getting multiple shots, it's, it's freaking tragic, you know, and I think as tragic as it is, the, the, the silver lining to all that is it has caused people to really take a step back and question what is real and start to make choices from their own sense of autonomy. And, and I think it something this serious needed to happen to wake people up. And it's going to be interesting to see what transpires over the coming years as we're still, you know, in the midst of this circus. But I do feel like everything that's happened, has happened for us to create this mass awakening that's taking place now. Right. So everything happens for us, of course, and there is tragedy in all this. But this is what I believe is necessary for us to finally be free of the Matrix and the, that we've been born into for so long. Right. One thing you've talked about several times that I'd like to just expand upon because I'm not that knowledgeable of it now. I'm sure many people watching or listening are hearing, oh my God, I didn't know yoga could do this. And I didn't know that we have this way to heal ourselves through movement. Can you share a little bit about what kriyas are and about, you know, for somebody who, let's say, has no clue what a 4am you know, program would be like, why would they want to do it? Like, what does that actually look like? And how are these modalities healing people?
So when I found 4am Aquarian Sadhana, I was, this was about 10 years ago. I was in New York City and my mom was suffering of aids and I had to really step into my power and be the nurse practitioner in my family. And when I found 4am Kundalini Aquarian Sadhana, I found a practice that allowed me to take the pressure off, to find joy, to find real ecstasy. Like wahe guru. Like I could really elevate myself out of that shame, out of that guilt, out of that depression in ways that I never found from pharmaceuticals, from other modalities. You know, I was really blessed to be able to work with so many, you know, some of the best therapists and psychiatrists in New York City. And it wasn't until I found this 4am practice where I was like, wow, I can take the power in my own hands and, and, and, and commit to a practice that really got to the root. And so at 4am, which in India, if you go to India, if you go to Bali, that's when the healers heal themselves, is at 4:00am that's what, that's the sweetest time of the day. They call it the Amrit Vela is when you can take in the nectar of the day. There you have access to the most prana, you have access to the most quiet stillness of the day. The sun is at a 60 degree angle when at that time, so you can really, the energy is so focused that you can really break through your, your subconscious mind and clear out the, the thoughts the limit. Like you can see it, it's, it's It's a, it's just a sacred time to be able to witness yourself and to release with that energy. And so it's a two and a half hour practice. And we start with the japji, which is an ancient prayer that has been such a powerful document, a vibration for me to get out of my own suffering and to break the karma of family, of money. I mean, it goes through everything followed by a kriya, which a kriya is a set number of postures to, to prescribe for elevation or for. There's, there's thousands of kriya and each kriya has a set of postures to plant a seed. And so, so you can do one for the radiant body, you can do one for bipolar, you can do one for depression. There's all of these kriyas, right? And so in Kundalini Yoga we do it for 40 days. And in that 40 day container you can really change the blood, change the red blood cells and create a new habit and elevate yourself out of the dis ease. And so then we chant, we chant for an hour using seven different mantras. And these mantras are prescription for the Aquarian age. One is for to really get to our creative potential. Another is to get through the fear of death. So each one is prescribed for a certain way to really combat and step into your spiritual warrior. And through these ancient mantras and kriyas and the japji, you're able to elevate yourself through the karma and, and come alive. I felt alive after my first 40 days of 4am and so that's why I've really committed and I saw my mother come alive. She just wanted to die and she just had to be in the vibration to come back alive. And so when I saw that, you know, the miracle of that time, I have committed myself the last 10 years to, you know, with my sister who, you know, if we didn't find Kundalini yoga, like, we would have never gotten past this trauma, this deep seated trauma. It really was the prescription for us to ocd, anxiety, depression, bipolar, things in my family that have, you know, really been a disaster for my, for my lineage. And we've been able to break that and come into our highest self and release that from our family lineage and then, you know, and then bring that to the community, which is like the most beautiful thing to be able to have a space where people can come and heal. I'm like, don't go to a psychiatrist, come and pray with us. Come and do this Ancient practice. Elevate yourself and, and have a community to do it with. It's, it's so special and so it's just an honor to, to be able to lead this in Miami and be a part of this, this community that, you know, we, we have been. Yeah.
Together and healing as a collective. Yeah. And to your point earlier, you know, it's like people would rather opt for the easy pill than get up at 4am and do a two and a half hour practice for 40 days. You know, however, it's like when you commit to doing that work, to going within, to facing your shadows, you are, you are taking a stand for yourself and you are developing new neural pathways. You're changing yourself on an energetic, on an atomic level because you are altering your frequency by way of doing this work. And one thing you mentioned about the chanting, and this is something I'm learning more about, is the healing capacity abilities of sound and vibration. And you know, most people, if they don't know much about chanting, they think, oh, it's just a bunch of people sitting around singing, humming, whatever. And what most people don't realize is the, the sound, the frequency that we listen to sick and can heal us. And I've been reading up more about it and I've even heard or read that the Rockefellers even initiated a change in the musical frequency that what's being played, what's become mainstream is our frequencies that aren't healing. And there was another post I had seen something like after World War II, there was 9,000 bells around the world that were destroyed because the frequency from the bells were healing as well. So again, what would be considered natural and accessible to everybody has been limited and erased for their healing qualities. Because again, if we knew that sound could heal us and whether it be coming together to chant, playing sound, bowls, gongs, you know, natural modalities that are free and that we could heal ourselves with that. Again, it's not profitable. So let's get rid of them and chanting. I've done chanting in ceremony and on retreats and when you have 20, 30 people together, all chanting of a certain frequency, certain mantra, you, you can feel a tingling in your body, you can feel coherence happening in real time. And it's, it's magical that we can access this healing modality on our own or with a group of friends just by activating our voice and the vibrational resonance that our voice creates in our body. And it's something I think that's so fascinating and I, I look forward to the day that it becomes more mainstream. Because I believe sound and technology and vibration is something that was used in the days of the Egyptians, the pyramids, you know, and that sound could actually create portals for people to access different dimensions, different inorganic beings to access, you know, different realms where they were given the technology and the ability to do things like build the pyramids. You know, I know we're going on a bit of a tangent right now, but I love all of this because I believe there's so much information that has been intentionally suppressed, hidden and erased. Because if we knew just how freaking powerful we are, just how much technology is in these human bodies, if we believed it and we start to access it, like telepathy, like, you know, the ability to heal ourselves through chanting, through meditation, through breathwork, we would be living in a very different society. But again, it is by design that the majority of the population is below 200 MHz. Because when we are in fear, living in scarcity, when we are in stress, when we are constantly in that lower vibration, we are easily manipulated. And again, none dumb and medicated equals trillions of dollars.
It's easy to control somebody that is living in fear and that hasn't regulated their.
Look at what happened.
The pandemic right now you become sheep. You know, it's like you're working with fight or flight. You're not able to really take on the pressures of life.
And most people would rather just just tell me what to do. Just just tell me what to do. Where, how much? What, how many shots? Okay, yeah, no problem. Yeah, let's get it done. They would rather, for convenience, give up their autonomy and just listen to whatever the credible authorities say than actually question. Wait a minute. This doesn't quite make sense. I've had the flu before. I've healed myself through sunlight and fresh juices and fasting. Why am I going to take this thing? Because the celebrities on Instagram are now telling me to. Because they're offering me fucking donuts and fries if I go get it. Like, come on, really? And again.
Well, it's not easy to do the work, right? Like yesterday, you know, at 4:30am there was about 40 of us chanting for two and a half hours long, echoing cars. To do that on your own takes another level of self discipline, 100%. So like really putting yourself in the containers to do this fierce work is what it takes, right? And like after two and a half hours of Lange Con cars, it starts affecting the white matter in the brain. And so you can really start to crystallize A vibration within your cellular membrane. And, and, but it's. It's really impossible to do it on your own unless you're, like, on the path and you're strict. And so I understand most people don't have two and a half hours in their day, but if you are ready to heal and you've been in a state of misery and depression, you're going to do whatever it takes. You know, you're going to put your forehead on the ground. You're going to. You're going to be on your knees in humility because you know you don't want to continue.
Because as uncomfortable as that is, chemotherapy is far more uncomfortable. Dialysis is far more uncomfortable. So the probable outcome if you don't take radical action when you are in a situation like that is not good. So can you be proactive? Can you commit to a practice to get yourself into alignment, to create coherence in the body so that you don't end up there? Right. And to your point about coming together for community and coming together with community for a shared intention, when you start to walk this path and you start to discover these modalities and you start to realize and process your trauma and you're taking action, there are many people in your life who aren't going to understand it. You know, most people, they want to sleep into six or seven. You know, they want to be up at night watching Netflix, you know, out at the bars, drinking on the weekend. That's how, you know, majority of society lives. And I'm not judging or knocking it. You know, I was in the hospitality industry for 25 years. And you get to choose how you want to create your life. And most people are not creating their life. They're just living the life that they wake up to every day. And when you start to realize, hey, I'm actually the. The creator of my life, I am the creator of my abundance, of my love, of my health, and I need to be disciplined, committed, and intentional. You start to realize like it's on you. Nobody else is going to show up and give you the life you deserve. And one of the things that's been very helpful for me is joining communities and attending events like Dr. Joe Dispenza. You know, and when you speak about the 4am that window of time, that opportunity, he says, that's when the veil is the thinnest between the reality and the other dimensions. And that's why we'll do three 4am meditations that are like five hours long. And when I tell people that they're like, oh my God, you meditate for five hours at 4am it's not that I do that often or my normal day to day life, but when you do it and you get a glimpse of what's possible when you are in that realm, in that dimension, you realize like, okay, this is real. You know, like astral travel and connecting with beings from different timelines and dimensions is a real thing.
Frequency. If you raise your frequency high enough, you can connect. Like I've gotten to know my father more in the spirit world than I have as him being on this earth. You know, I had to really go through forgiveness and understanding and love in the spirit world with my father at 4am and with my grandparents. Like my grandparents, I come from a very like religious family, Catholic. And you know, I understood through the spirit world that my grandfather was really proud of me for going this path. You know, he really wouldn't have agreed when he was on earth with my, with my walk. And it wasn't until I really could connect in that 4am frequency and connect with my grandfathers and my father and really have that dialogue and, and some of the most beautiful heart opening experiences with them in the spirit world and come full circle in my own healing. Because we couldn't do it on this earthly planet because the vibration was so low and they didn't have the tools for the healing. Like I did this walk because now I have the treatment plan that I wish I had for my father and that I, you know, when he was alive. So because I, you know, I have a lot of addiction in my family and food addiction, drug addiction, depression, bipolar. And so now I have the prescription to, to now help others, which has been, you know, a long road to get here. A lot of, a lot of shadow work, a lot of working through all of it and having my face in the dirt with ayahuasca, like confronting the ugliness of my ego, my narcissism and like all the realms of my being that were keeping me small and limited and sick and in misery. And so I'm really grateful for the plants to really bring me back to the earth and these practices to bring me into the spirit world. Right. It's like learning how to live in both. Because we are spiritual beings and if we don't know our spiritual nature, we're missing a huge part of our, of what we're capable on this planet. Like you said, we are so, so powerful and they want to keep us from understanding our power, keeping us numb and dumb and medicated. So that we don't evolve. Because when we do evolve, we are not controlled anymore. We become sovereign beings. And when we're sovereign, it's like, wow, we have access to all of it now. We are living in one of the best times in history. And it's been so amazing to watch this awakening, this grand awakening awakening. And yeah, it's painful when you have to see the parts of yourself and to wake up, but that's what we need. We need a culture that's ready to step up into their heart centered warrior path and hold the torch for your ancestors and to resolve our ancestral karma, to resolve our familial karma so we don't continue this sick trajectory that we've been on. And you know, it's the dark ages. We're coming into the golden age. And what a blessing to walk out of this dark age and have now all of these tools, you know, and, and be able to travel to India and Bali and like learn from the ancients and, and see what is capable. Because like you go to India and it is, it is not a pleasant place. So much trash and poverty. I mean most of the world there you find a lot of this poverty. But yet they have nature, they have each other, they have the simplicity of life, which is family and connection and their yogic practice. And they're more elevated than we are here in America with all the riches and the technology. And when I saw that I was a missionary for many, many years, I still am, and learned from the indigenous how to be happy because I didn't know how to be happy. And I had it all. You know, I, I was a privileged white girl in America and I didn't know how to be happy because I was like, I'm dealing with all of this chronic issues and, and, and, and Western medicine isn't helping. And so wasn't until I traveled to Peru and Africa and India and Bali, where I learned from, from the indigenous, how to really connect back to the earth, connect back to each other. Right. And, and, and, and, and learn how to like live from the heart and get out of the mind, get out of the superficiality of Western culture that has kept us so disconnected from ourself, from each other and from Panchama. And so it's been an honor to be able to break through all of this and then to be a leader and a light for others to do the same.
Yeah, and I can totally relate to what you share about visiting places like India. I myself have been to like Kenya, India, Nicaragua, Guatemala, doing some Charity work as well. And you go there and you realize, like, these people are born poor, they're going to die poor, and they're way happier than we are in North America because they're not trying to get anywhere. They're not comparing their hut to the hut next door that, oh, the Jones is down the street, got the 2024, like donkey and cart model, you know, so it's in North America. And any part of the Western world, we're just so distracted and so ungrateful because we are constantly seeking more, more, more for that external validation. And you go there and, yeah, I remember we were on charity trips there, building schools and classrooms, thinking, oh, you know, you are these noble philanthropists. We're going to go and do this work and help these people. And what we didn't realize is we're going to learn more from them than they did from us. And you come back with a whole new perspective of what does happiness, what does success, what does abundance actually mean? And that, for me was a big shift in my understanding of how I define success. And. And one thing you shared that I feel is really special is that many people are questioning what's going on right now. The environment, politics, the economy, obviously our health system. And I do believe that we are at an important precipice in human civilization in this time of our lives, that there is a shift happening from living in a matrix format where things are designed and structured for humans to be essentially slaves. You know, thinking we have freedom, but we have freedom inside a. A box that was created for us. And with what's happening, with people starting to awaken, question and start to live from a place of authentic expression and really choosing their lives based on what feels most real to them. I think we're living through a very unique time in human history where this is a pivotal moment where we are on the beginning of a new path. You know, call it golden era. And it's exciting. It's exciting and it is necessary. It's obviously been a long time coming. And it's no coincidence that our souls chose to be here during this time because, as you said, our parents were unconscious. Our parents didn't have access to these modalities. They were just trying to survive and do the best that they could with what they knew. And that's why I feel like, you know, you and I and the other lightworkers and healers and our friends in the space, you know, our souls chose to be here during this time to do this work, to help humanity, to heal to usher in the new Earth, to really begin this new trajectory for all of humanity. And it's exciting time to be alive. And, you know, I've really enjoyed this conversation because I don't normally get to talk about these things. I mean, I do in like, you know, close friend circles and conversations with people who I know understand it. And, you know, it's been a pleasure to learn more about you and to, you know, I already knew it before, but, you know, even more so believing that we are aligned and we are on the same mission and we are sharing our medicine in our own unique way. And yeah, it's been a pleasure to, you know, to get to know you and to see and witness you. And I promise, when I come back to Miami, I'm definitely going to make it out to one of your classes. And I definitely want to learn more about what you do, especially with the fasting, because fasting is something I want to learn more about. And for those who are listening or watching, who want to learn more about what you offer, how you help people heal and the different magical modalities you provide, where can people find you, learn more about you and connect with you? Yeah.
Thank you for having me. It's been such an honor to be here with you and have these tender conversations of the heart, which are my favorite. And you can find me@biancaabbott.com that's my website. And then also Luna Fast is my program. So I'm fasting every new moon. The next one is coming up in the beginning of April on the new moon. So lunafast.com you can go to my. That's where you can find out more about my fasting program. And then you can also follow me on Instagram, Bianca Abbott Wellness. And I'm on Facebook at Bianca Abbott and reach out to me. I'm here to really hold, create space for people's greatest healing, to really step into their power and hold their hand through a very difficult process that I feel like I've made easy. And when you have community supporting you, it really makes it an enjoyable process to meet the most tender parts of yourself, the darkest parts of yourself, because you have the momentum of the group to elevate you in those spaces. And so it's been my grandest walk to do this work.
Thank you for the work that you do.
Thank you.
And I often like to tell people, inner work, personal development is only work that you can do and you don't need to do it alone.
And embodiment. We're in the age of embodiment. Right. Stepping into our authentic nature is really what it takes to survive these times. And so it doesn't have to be very expensive either, you know, that's why Luna fast and we this 4am that we offer every day is free to the community. It's donation based, so healing doesn't have to be expensive. And when you're really getting to the root using these ancient, ancient methodologies, it can be quite easy. And, and, and so it's just really getting the right sources of information.
Yeah. Well, beautiful. And thank you so much for sharing all the information, all your knowledge and wisdom with us. And it's been a pleasure. So thank you for being here and I look forward to seeing you again when I'm back here in May.
Amazing. Okay, thank you.
