How to Refund Orders in City Hive

Want to know how to refund an order? I'm Poch from Intentionally Creative, the industry's leading liquor store niche marketing agency. So we're going to start here on the left hand menu on the dashboard. Again, from here you want to locate your orders menu. From the Orders menu, click on Orders and here you will see all the orders that come in through your website. To refund one, just look for the order you'd like to refund and you should be able to click the Refund order button right here. Now alternatively, you can also click on the order and click the refund up here on the top right side. Now what if you just want to do a partial refund? So basically if you want to do a partial refund, you need to click the Edit button and then you would be deleting the items that you'll be refunding. So that would do a partial refund and you just leave the items that you'll still be leaving on for that order. All right. And after that you just need to confirm your refund.
