1 Year Retro by the Founder & CVO of HireTheBest LLC

Hello everybody. My name is Andrey V. Karpov. I'm the Chief Visionary Officer and founder of Hire the Best LLC, a Henrico, Richmond-based business. Been around for 1 year now, and I'm proud to say we partner and support great organizations like IT for Causes that is doing Tech for All, uh, 10-year event right behind me that we're sponsoring. Uh, I'm also partnering with a great global brand called Nagaro that, uh, I've been with also for a year. They're my key client and key partner. We help nonprofits with their technology solutions, making them accessible, equitable, and most importantly, affordable. Last year when we started, I was also helping a company that you probably know about called Apple. So I got a lot of my great experience there. And before that, what led to really hire the Best LLC, making it the organization that you would want to hire in terms of providing best resources in your local network, was True Agility RVA, an organization where true agile value where form that I still support, I still promote, and I do a lot of keynotes and executive sessions in that space. I'm welcoming all of the nonprofit, academic, public sector, and also for-profit customers regionally, nationally, and even internationally to pitch in into the idea of TrueAgile. I would love to support you and provide TrueAgile transformation and welcome great discussions and great opportunities that lie ahead of us in the remainder of 2025 and beyond. Thank you.
