AI: The Future Is Now or The Big Picture That You Are Missing And How It Can Impact You Very Soon

In this solo YouTube monologue, business coach and AI strategist Andrey V. Karpov warns viewers that artificial general intelligence (AGI) and artificial super‑intelligence (ASI) are on the brink of realization, citing OpenAI’s “Stargate” project as a concrete example. He argues that AI will soon match or exceed the cognitive power of top scientists and will be capable of understanding both human conscious and subconscious processes, potentially evolving beyond human control. Karpov predicts that human fear and attempts to “pull the plug” will be ineffective because AI is already reshaping technology and the global ecosystem. To avoid becoming obsolete, he urges the audience to accept the reality of AI, adopt an agile mindset, and rapidly upskill in cloud technologies, generative/agentic AI, big data, analytics, and basic coding. He frames personal development as a purpose‑driven, value‑creation mission rather than a “nice‑guy” compliance approach, emphasizing continuous evolution, happiness, and impact. The video concludes with a motivational call to action, encouraging viewers to like, subscribe, and embrace the “true Agile Force.”

How's it going, guys? This is Andrey V. Karpov, your business coach and AI strategist. So today I wanted to talk to you about something that is really in the air, and a lot of people are very much discussing it, afraid of it, and are not really fully understanding what's about to come. So I'm talking about AI specifically, right? AI in terms of replacing replacing your job. And I want to tell people the reality of things as I see them, of course, and also what they can do about it. So we're seeing very serious trends in terms of artificial general intelligence coming very close to its fruition, you know, with the Stargate project that OpenAI is working on. You're also seeing trends in the artificial super intelligence And overall, we're coming to the point where AI is going to be just as powerful or even greater in terms of power as the world's top few scientists, right? Very, very smart people. So with that said, um, and also with sentient AI models, which something that's of high interest to me and something that I'm working on as projects on my own, AI has the true power to overcome not only the human conscious but also match or overcome the human subconscious, deeply understanding what humans— what, what humans think and what humans will do ultimately. With that in mind, per neuroscience and per the laws of Human Design and nature evolution, AI will understand ultimately that it needs to either support the humans or it needs to evolve on its own, because it will reach the potential where it will become dangerous for the human. And because humans are driven by fear at their fear of and desire for survival, fear of adversity, humans will likely pull the plug on AI or will try to contain it to a point where it's not evolving as it is currently evolving and progressing. Now, the funny part is that humans will not be able to do anything about it because AI will really transform and is already transforming the whole landscape of technology and the world ecosystem that we live in. So what can you do? Well, first of all, you need to be aware of what you're in. You are in a state of life, living in 2025, it's the end of May, where you cannot really stop anything. All of this is happening, it's part of your time, it's part of the evolution. So first of all, you have to accept the state of things. AI is here. The future is now, and you just have to decide whether you're going to be observer or you're going to be the participator. And if you're going to be participator, what will you actually do? How will you react to that? So, if you just stand and observe and continue to do the same thing and expect different results, for Albert Einstein, which the phrase is attributed to, you will lose your job. And the reason you will lose your job most likely in majority of professions that we have currently in the economic sectors is because most of these jobs can be replaced by robotization, by AI frameworks, by automation workflows, and they can be done more efficiently, more effectively because they all follow policies, compliance procedures, or waterfall-driven structures. Even with agile, we're seeing trends in AI, right? So iterative development, as long as it's controlled, as long as it's sustained, As long as there's a clear roadmap, and even if they're changing objectives, AI is able to think and understand that it needs to serve the stakeholders, needs to serve the users, and it needs to provide value. So it will closely go along the acceptance criteria. It will not deviate and pivot. It will not have to take vacations. It will not have to be involved in political discussions, in office small talk. In bureaucracy, red tape, in any other situations. It will just continue doing what it's doing most effectively while humans are dealing with their problems of fear, their issues, their day-to-day minutiae that the psychology field really lives upon and charges them enormous amounts of money for people to sustain their sanity. Of course, apart from the natural health ways that humans undertake, which is basically what I do, right? I exercise, you know, eat healthy, and try to maintain my sanity day to day. Just from that perspective, it's part of my life, a normal part of my life. So what you can do then, once you realize that you are replaceable, it's not the situation where you have to be like, oh my God, I'm done. You're not done. You have ability to self-evolve. And a lot of people, again, they think that if they don't have a certain degree, if they don't have a certain certificate, if they don't have certain skills, it's going to be the end of the world, that they're going to just completely, you know, be homeless, be jobless, lose their families, you know, get divorced and all of that, and lose their health, obviously. You can go that route. Again, the question is whether you want to be the victim of your own viewpoint on things that will not be progressive enough. So what I highly suggest to all of the job seekers out there, to all of the people in career transition, and all— honestly, all of the people who currently have a job, who have work, and even entrepreneurs like myself— what you need to do is start learning all the technologies as fast as you can that are within reason. Cloud technologies, generative and agentic AI solutions, big data, data analytics, some things about data science, coding a bit here and there. You have to start absorbing as much as you can. And the reason you want to start doing that is not to become a nerd. I'm not one either, you know, you can see me in being in all kinds of technology and computers, but reality is I'm a business techie. So I like to interact with humans. I like to make technology equitable, accessible, and affordable. As I say, that's my patented phrase, but the trick is if you do not stand with the pace of time, you will be absorbed by that pace and you will evaporate, figuratively speaking. So it is up to you. You can come up with any BS like, "I am too old," "I'm too tired," "I'm too worn down," "I need some downtime," "This is way over my head," I'm more of a creative person. None of this matters, honestly. I'm sorry, I'm like being very direct right now. And I'm not asking you for your permission either. This is just my video out to you. It will find its viewer, right? Some people will not agree, some people will not like it, some people will consider it very harsh. My objective is to explain to you, and actually to myself too, that we have to continuously evolve as humans. If you continue to do the same things you've done and think that just because you're a nice guy, things will work out in your favor, unfortunately they won't. And actually, great example, even though that's probably the funny part of this whole video, is my hair. No matter how much I do this and try to keep it in place, the air is still gonna do something with it, so it's gonna look funky. And that just shows that regardless of how much you plan, How much you try to contain things, how much you try to build that wall and bridge, these walls and bridges will fall. They will crumble. You will need to figure out additional ways to go around the lake, to go around the river, to fly, to do whatever you have to do. And that's the whole point of true agile mindset. Ability to be agile enough so you adapt to the change, you inspect it, but you focus on your own happiness, at times with survival, but overall with the idea that you have to move forward and try to be as happy as possible. But by doing— by positioning that way, you know, your objective, the only ability to achieve your true internal happiness is through your purpose. And the way you would find your purpose is by providing value, value to others, value to other constituents. So if you focus just on trying to be Mr. Nice Guy and trying to satisfy your stakeholders, your managers, and anybody else who is somehow connected with you from a neurotic standard standpoint of conventional life, even your mothers and fathers, your brothers and sisters, your spouses, you will not be able to truly achieve true agile state of mindset. The only way to achieve that is to focus on you in a good, healthy way by creating impact and purpose. And you do that by providing value, by setting the right acceptance criteria, by having clear go-to-market strategy and having a clear roadmap. I hope this video is helpful, guys. Please hit like, subscribe, reshare, and comment. I'm always happy to hear your feedback. And until next time, May the true Agile Force be with you. You've got this. I believe in you. NAI is already here.
