In this solo motivational video, Andrey V. Karpov announces his new executive positions (Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice Chair of the Board) at the Tecamza AI Project, a startup co‑founded by a friend whose PhD links cognitive‑behavioral theory, AI, and neuroscience. He explains that entrepreneurial success is not merely about hard work, finance, or risk tolerance, but about disciplined self‑care that treats the body, mind, and spirit as a primary client. Karpov outlines a three‑point nutrition system—what to eat (organic, unprocessed), when to eat (timed to physiological need), and how to eat (slow, mindful, with intermittent fasting). He advises abstaining from alcohol, nicotine, and other substances, and emphasizes breathing clean air, getting sunlight, and curating one’s environment, relationships, and habits. These practices, he argues, condition a strong entrepreneur. He then connects this personal conditioning to an "agile" mindset, describing the individual as a continuously evolving Minimum Viable Product that never stops iterating. Finally, he introduces the Japanese concept of ikigai—aligning purpose, market demand, skill, and personal gratification—as the quadrant that drives lasting success across personal, business, and spiritual domains. The video ends with typical YouTube calls‑to‑action and a heartfelt encouragement to the audience.

Cómo está, amigos? This is your coach Andrey V. Karpov. Today is May 1st, amazing day. I started a new startup venture together with my good friend. He founded it originally, did a PhD thesis on it about cognitive behavioral theory and how it's connected to AI, and also ability to evolve technology together with neuroscience. And I met him recently and we picked it up together. I brought some ideas about true agile mindset, ability to evolve the system and bring it to the market, bring it to fruition. And as of today, I am the Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President, and also Vice Chair of the Board of Tecamza AI Project. So there's going to be a lot of cool things happening moving forward. I'm still with Nagaro, I'm still with Hire the Best, I'm still with True Joe, the R.V.A., and a whole bunch of other nonprofit organizations which I love to support. But there are a lot of great things that are going to be happening moving forward this year and in the years to come. So what I want to talk with you today about is how all of this is actually connected to my good habits and my health practices. Really briefly, I mean, I'm not going to probably open up the world for you, or America as I say, but I will highlight some of the things that are integral in the process of of being a successful entrepreneur. It's not just about how you grind, how much you work, how much you understand finances, how much business development work you do, and how risk-averse you are. What it is really about is about disciplining and conditioning yourself to be true leader of your body, your mind, and your spirit. If you can serve yourself foremost, if you can make yourself your number one client, number one customer, and be committed to that quality service, you most definitely can serve others and you can provide quality solutions to them. Whatever you're selling, whatever you're offering, whatever value you're generating. But you cannot achieve that if you do not serve your body by by focusing on the right diet, by focusing on healthy things, by carefully listening to your gut, how it reacts to what you eat, obviously to what you drink, and even to what you breathe. So that brings into perspective a 3-point system, 3, uh, which is basically what I eat, when I eat it, and even how I eat it, right? So very briefly, What I eat— healthy, organic, natural, not processed foods. When I eat it— I eat it at the right times when my body actually needs nourishment. And how I eat it, right, in terms of slowly, thoughtfully, and iteratively, in terms of intermittent fasting in between, which is very healthy for your body. And at the same time Not eating too much, not overeating, not eating, you know, very early when you wake up and very late right before you go to bed. Same applies for drinking liquids, water, anything for that matter. Obviously, I'm not a proponent by no means of alcohol, nicotine, you know, any kind of substances like, you know, weed, marijuana, and all of that. None of that I support. And none of that will I ever support. So highly suggest to you to stick to healthy habits, healthy diet, and try to breathe all the healthy air, get some healthy sun as much as possible, right? So that's also within your possibility, within your purview, within your decision-making, because, you know, you can choose where you live, you can surround yourself with a nice setting, you can work hard and smart to achieve anything you want in life. And everything around you— what you wear, what people you interact with, what partnerships you form, what habits you have, what you eat, what you drink, and so forth— all of that will form and condition you as a strong entrepreneur and purposeful human, so you're able to serve others equally well like you serve your body right now. So all of that has helped me get where I am in life right now and is moving me forward. And remember one thing, and I tell this to myself right now and to you guys, the journey never stops. The roadmap continues. You're always constantly producing minimum viable product of you. So that is the true agile mindset and framework in its fruition, in its evolution. You're never stopping. You're never telling yourself, okay, I've reached this, I'm awesome, you know, I can relax. This is never happening. Never. And the reason that is never happening, regardless of your age or anything else for that matter, is because you got to have passion. Passion, skill set that you can gain through self-training, uh, or formal education if you want. So The world need or demand, market demand, and of course gratification, which you're paid for, you know, and if the world thanks you for what you do, if you play purpose in someone else's life. All of that, that quadrant system for is called ikigai. So remember that this is really, really important because all of that will drive you forward, will give you the right mindset, and will help you achieve success in your personal life, in your business life, in your spiritual life.
