In this concise monologue, nonprofit technology consultant and executive coach Andrey V. Karpov reflects on the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and its relationship to the human mindset. He outlines the current AI landscape—generative chatbots such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Apple Intelligence, and emerging agentic, self‑evolving solutions—while warning against the growing tendency to let AI replace human thinking. Karpov argues that AI should serve as a research and augmentation tool, not as the primary generator of ideas or content. He stresses the importance of authentic creation through personal effort—writing by hand or typing—so that the brain, body, and soul remain engaged. He links over‑reliance on AI to stress, dopamine‑driven shortcuts, and unhealthy lifestyle habits, describing these as “magic‑pill” mentalities. By nurturing a holistic “tri‑angle” of mind, body, and soul, he proposes an agile mindset that can harness AI responsibly, foster creativity, and drive impact. The talk concludes with an invitation for viewers to engage, provide feedback, and adopt agile, collaborative practices while remembering that AI exists to serve humanity, not replace it.

Buongiorno amici! How's everybody doing today? This is your coach Andrey V. Karpov and small mindful minute about artificial intelligence. As you know, I'm a nonprofit technology consultant during the day and an executive and business coach in my other time. So today I want to talk about the power of AI and the human mindset. AI is rapidly developing, as we know. There's already not just generative chatbots available out there like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and also Apple Intelligence, but there are also agentic AI solutions that are basically more automated and that can self-evolve and be integrated into existing technology systems. So with that said, we are getting more and more automation, we're getting more and more predictive analysis, we're getting more and more workflows that are replacing common tasks that we do. The trend that I'm seeing happening lately with a lot of people is that they use AI to replace their mindset. And what I mean by that is when we're creating content, we should be creating it authentically. And the best way to use AI would be to do research, to get the answers to the questions that you need, and to really try to avoid the AI solution as the generator of your idea and also generator of content related to that idea. It's very important because we as humans have an immense potential and power to develop our brain to be truly capable of evolving our species and evolving everything that comes before us and everything that will be after us, leaving something behind, leaving a legacy of thought, leaving a legacy of creations, leaving a legacy of continuous learning and reformation of our society. And all the beautiful things like art, technology and, uh, you know, different kinds of things that we write, like books, manuscripts, and so forth. So with that said, AI really can help us in performing the research that we used to be able to do by going to the library, by going and Googling things, collecting sources, reviewing a whole bunch of information, sometimes trying to use some kind of systems that would find words quicker or would find blocks of text. Now we have integrated AI solutions inside Adobe Acrobat, inside different types of systems. Most of the generative chatbots allow you to create projects where you can upload bulks of different data, different types of data, analyze all that, and create complex outputs. With that evolution of automation we are more reluctant to actually analyze ourselves, the outputs, and most importantly, the quality of outputs. And I see a problem there because again, we have to be authentic in what we create. We are jumping ahead of us somewhat and are overly relying on AI by surrounding ourselves with a whole bunch of technology that realistically, um, is not going to go away and it's only going to evolve and there are going to be more tools available. But again, the beauty of human mind and what you can achieve by taking a nice pen in your hand, taking some paper, writing things down, or even typing on the keyboard something in your Microsoft Word or any other program can give you the power to pause, the power to manifest and create something beautiful that you certainly can complement and evolve with AI research and AI technologies, but it should not replace your mindset. I really, really, really want you to think about that because we are in the times where we're seeing more humans just not wanting to use their brains And, you know, this is happening because of stress patterns. This is happening because of different types of dopamine patterns, not very good dopamine like alcohol, smoking, and unhealthy diet. All of these things make us believe, we make ourselves believe that we are entitled to quicker solutions, to magic pill solutions. And the truth is, AI is not a magic pill solution. It's a tool that should serve the society. But your most amazing microprocessor, which you have and will always have until the last day of your life, that is your brain. The beauty of the mind is connected with the beauty of your body that you can uncover. And if you complement that all with the beauty of your soul, you will see how this triangle of harmony will create the true agile mindset that I talk about on a regular basis. It is the mindset that will allow you to conquer anything in life that you so much choose to, that will allow you to bring love into your life, success, and most importantly, impact. I invite you all to think about that as you use AI, and the next time you decide to create another project or do your research, or even write an email or blog post or an article. Think about it, because AI is there to serve humans, not to replace them, and most importantly, not to replicate their mindset and by no means, hopefully, their emotions. So hope this was helpful for you guys. Really appreciate you watching and subscribing, liking and resharing my content. It's for thought-provoking users. And if you're trying to be one, I invite you to participate, to collaborate. I welcome any feedback loops, as always. That's part of the true Agile process. And may the Agile Force be with you always. Stay happy, stay intelligent, and most importantly, be impactful. Thank you.
