The World Does Not Evolve Around You and That Is Good Since You Should Be Your True Genuine Self!

Coach Andrey V. Karpov argues that most people don't care about you unless they want something, so stop seeking their approval and focus on yourself instead. He uses his dog's loyalty as an example of unconditional respect, contrasts it with human inconsistency, and says to charge money for your time and drop relationships where you're undervalued.

How's it going, guys? This is your coach Andrey V. Karpov. Today is Saturday and it's already, you know, past midnight. I wanted to record a video for you about realistically why you should be you, be authentic, and how to live your life without thinking what everybody else thinks. Important concepts. Let's start from the fact that in this life, nobody really gives a damn about you. They really don't. I know it's gonna sound a bit shocking and you're gonna say, "Well, hold on, I have parents, I have loved ones, they'll care about me." They do, in a way, but the truth is, at the end of the day, truthfully, the only and only person who cares about you is you. And the sooner you will realize that, the sooner your life will substantially improve. The sooner you will be able to define why you are helping so much others and why you're not helping yourself. When I use the word help, I don't mean necessarily there's something wrong with you. I'm just saying that helping in terms of focusing on you as opposed to focusing on other people. Now, people in general, if you tell them that, they will say, "Oh, so life is about you. You're egocentric. You're selfish." It's not about that. Focusing on yourself is a way of showing love to yourself, care to yourself, and most importantly, respect to yourself. Nobody is going to respect you in general unless they see something in you that they need, and usually people need your time. Now, when will people actually respect you? There'll be elements of respect when people are doing it in a fake way to gain your attention, to gain your goodwill, to gain your time, your resources, money, whatever, or when people genuinely are thankful to you. Not a lot of people are thankful. Now truthfully, who will respect you is your dog, and that's why I have her in my video right here. She loves you. She's drawn by instincts, by loyalty, by commitment, also by food factor, right? I mean, I feed her, I take care of her, but but the truth is she really loves me, she respects me, she trusts me, and she protects me. So that animal right there is truthfully the only and only living creature that possesses absolute beautiful qualities that humans will never, no matter how much they try, will possess. Humans have an ability to completely go and revert to being different But animals, they don't have that trait. So if, let's say, I were to harm my dog right now, which I would never do, my dog would be hurt, would be scared, but it would still love me and it would still be committed to me. That's the amazing, amazing fact about these creatures. They're very patient. They're very committed. They're very loyal. They're very loving. Humans don't truthfully know how to do that, and most importantly, they don't know how to sustain that. And again, I know how this may sound. You may be married for 20 years and you can tell me, Andrey, what are you talking about? But the truth is, that is the truth. I've experienced a lot of these things myself, and I'm not saying everybody is the same way, but what I can tell you is, as a Human Design coach, that's just how it works, okay? There's nothing wrong in that. There's nothing bad in that. You just have to be aware that nothing is eternal with humans, and humans have an ability to become the worst version of themselves, and they have the ability to be the best version of themselves. It's what they choose. When I tell you all this, I'm not trying to say I'm better than them. All I'm trying to say is that this is how Human Design principles work, and depending on who you are, They're a little bit different, but overall, we're very messy as humans. So having said that, what I urge you to understand is that the sooner you start thinking about yourself, the sooner you will not give a damn about what others think about you. It's so damn important. There's no other way to say this. And when you're focusing on you, your happiness, your well-being, your health, and all other factors surrounding you, you feel much more confident, and you don't have to think about others. Others will actually be drawn to you because you are a successful version of yourself that only can be. So from that perspective, they will want your time. They will want your guidance. They will want your mentorship. Um, they will want your knowledge. You won't have to go around asking people if they need help. In fact, you shouldn't be doing that in the first place, but only with their permission should you be helping them. When you focus on yourself and truthfully pump yourself up to be the ultimate human you can only be during your lifetime, it achieving a certain threshold of success but never really getting to absolute epitome of, you know, being a superhuman, which is natural, others will be drawn to you. And that's how people start following you, right, in many different ways on social media and life. But the truth is, what you want is to be a reflection for them. You want to be a mirror of their own desire to self-improve. You don't want to build a cult. You don't want to build a situation where they are hopeless and they just want you to answer all the questions that they have. So all of these principles are so important. Realizing that, understanding that you have to focus on yourself, that others don't really care about you truthfully, that they're trying to gain some resources, knowledge, time from you. They're trying to use you in many different ways. Again, the word use by itself is not bad. It's like, you know, you can volunteer in a nonprofit, you can consult someone, you can serve at your holy place. Um, you can sell someone services and they're still all using you for the time that you're giving them, for the money that you're paying, uh, they're paying you. Um, so it's a matter of what you're worth, how much you appreciate yourself. So with that realization also comes understanding that you are worth something. When you stop giving yourself to everyone for free, especially if you're a professional in a certain space, what happens is you realize that you can provide your expertise, your knowledge, and most importantly, your time for value. And that value is money. And that's how, by the way, you understand— and this is applicable also to servant leaders in particular— that there is nothing wrong in being successful, being rich, and being demanded. Demanded, right? Not wanted as much as demanded. Demand means that there is a good market for what you have to offer. You are a professional and you state it openly. Now, some people, because they are jealous and they don't value you enough and they don't want to excel at their own trade or expertise that they're seeking from you, they will not want to pay you how much you're asking. That does not automatically imply that you have to negotiate with them the price, or you have to dampen your services, or undermine them. You have to just stay focused on what you offer, and you have to let go of these people, and you have to let go of a relationship where you don't feel valued, respected, and trusted, because essentially that's what it's all about. Furthermore, if you've had a relationship with such people for quite a long time, um, it's going to be a challenge, but you have to do it. You just have to do it. If you don't, you will find yourself in a very uncomfortable spot where you are pleasing others instead of pleasing yourself, or respecting yourself, better to say. So it is very important that you stand your ground, position yourself as a professional. You can be a friend to these people, but if they are your friends, they should value you even more. They should respect you. They should trust you. They should not question your expertise, if especially if they've known you for a long time, and they should accept the price that you give them, given that you're not a jerk and you're not gonna give them a highly overblown price that is really above the market threshold and really not what you're worth. So you have to also have credibility, you have to have good healthy judgment, and you have to be a respectable human with dignity. So it's all a parable, right? It's all within your ability to control that and within their ability to control that. But that's really how the system runs, right? Nobody gives a damn about you, and you should give a damn about yourself. And the minute you understand this paradigm, the minute it becomes easy to be you, to be authentic, to not care what others think about you. You don't have to blend in with the rest of the herd. You don't have to judge them either. So if people are— let's say you're in a nightclub, right? And you want to be there because, you know, you just want to sit there with your computer or something, and you just want to hang out, listen to music, and you want to be dressed nicely and others, for example, are dressed casually. That does not make you bad. That does not mean that you don't blend in with these people. It just makes you you. As long as you can justify to yourself and explain to yourself why you are that way, that is fine. That is one way you learn to respect yourself, appreciate yourself, and accept yourself for who you are. There are no rules in life. The only rule that you have from the very time you're born is be happy. And when we say happy, we don't mean that you should be, you know, experiencing immense magnitude of dopamine every single second. What that basically means is you should not be experiencing pain and suffering as much as possible. Yet you will be going through challenges in life, and that's fine. So You should be focusing on trying to be happy and fulfilled by purposeful activities and focusing on the acceptance criteria that you set in front of yourself and nobody else will. This is very important. Again, it's a problem with the modern society because everyone is seeking validation. So for example, when I publish things on social media, what I'm trying to achieve is is give people a reflection on my life, not for validation. I don't care if people like, reshare, repost. Some people comment, some people don't. I really, really don't care. Why I'm doing that is because I want people to start thinking how they can live their life and be truthfully happy. Now, I don't share with people the hardships I go through, and I do, like anyone else, And the reason I don't do that is because it doesn't help me and it doesn't help them. And I already know that the audience I have in general— had, have, will have— humans are designed in such a way that they don't want negativity. They want positivity. So what I give them is complete, utterly, by most part, 95% or above, positivity, truthful positivity. I don't make anything up. Everything you see, hear, or observe in my life is transparent as it can be, and that's why people are watching. And it makes me joyful in a sense that, okay, if people want to learn and see, that's good. If they want to criticize me, if they want to give me coaching that's not requested, then I start to question why I'm communicating with such people and why I have those followers. Because the truth is, if you've been watching my reels and my social media feed for years, and you have nothing to say other than criticize me for who I am, because I genuinely chose to be who I am, not good or bad, but just me, Andrey V. Karpov, then I'm not really interested in, you know, knowing you that much. And I won't lose anything from that. And one of the abilities of an Aquarius, for my Human Design, is ability to let go of people. It makes me feel good. It's hard at first, but then it makes me feel good. This is not common with every single zodiac sign, but if you can learn that trait, you can be truthfully very fulfilled. The more negativity you can get away from and let go, the better you will feel. That's how things work, at least in my world. I hope this video was helpful for you.
