In this vlog, Andrey V. Karpov, an entrepreneur and executive coach, reflects on the multifaceted nature of love—self‑love, love for others, and the desire for love from others—within the context of technology consulting and entrepreneurship. He argues that love is often overlooked in high‑pressure, data‑driven environments, yet it is essential for grounding, emotional balance, and sustainable impact. Karpov shares personal practices (dog walks, pool sessions, sunbathing) that foster self‑care and energy alignment, and he emphasizes gratitude, kindness, and empathy as practical ways to extend love toward colleagues, clients, and the broader world. He explains how cultivating self‑love reduces dependence on external validation, enabling one to give love freely, which in turn attracts genuine, harmonious relationships. The monologue concludes with a call to integrate love into daily professional life, suggesting that awareness and conscious energy management lead to greater harmony, productivity, and personal fulfillment. The video ends with typical YouTube calls‑to‑action and a signature sign‑off.

Buonasera amici, come state? Today I want to talk about love. Love is an integral component in every person's life, and being in the technology consulting space, love kind of doesn't really come on the foreground a lot of times because we're busy hustling, we're busy making money, we're busy solving scientific problems, dealing with numbers, and just basically getting things done. What I mean by love is that it has multiple facets, and a lot of technology people, they overlook things like self-love, they overlook love towards other humans, they overlook love towards, in general, to organizations, to animals, to projects,, to their clients. Why is love important? Well, love is important for multiple reasons. Love teaches us to be grounded. When we are grounded, we tend to look at the world from the standpoint of its beauty, from the standpoint of simplicity, rather than complex analysis and overthinking of, um, just everything around us. And things in general. Look at this beautiful place that I am in right now. It's called West Broad Village. We have the sunset in the back, we have lights, we have green scenery, we have houses, we have my dog walking and enjoying fresh air, and it's, you know, it's summer, so I'm playing with her, throwing the ball. I'm operating from the spectrum of love. Self-love at this moment in time where I am devoting to myself some time before actually continuing my work. Some people are preparing to slowly wind down and go to bed, but I'm an entrepreneur, so I work multiple shifts. I work during part of the night, I work in the morning, I work during afternoon, in the evening. I obviously take breaks Um, but in general, I find time for self-love. That's very critical, very important. Uh, that allows me to control the situation in as much as I can. Um, I highly recommend you do that as well if you're an entrepreneur, because at the end of the day, you can't make all the money in the world, and you most certainly can't create impact if you don't love yourself. Now let's talk about love towards others and why that's important as well. As an executive coach, I try to teach people to love others. That's difficult to do, but if you want to achieve harmony and love yourself correctly and also gain love in return, not necessarily from the humans that you love, but in general, you need to learn how to love others. Loving is a difficult component because loving starts from simple things like being grateful, being thankful to people in general for their existence, for what they do for you. Love starts from waking up in the morning and saying thank you for all the things you have. Think about it. If you wake up in a nice bed in your own home, apartment, or if it's something you're renting, it doesn't matter. But you woke up, right? You opened your eyes. You should be grateful. And that is love. That is a component of love. So, with that in mind, with that sense of gratitude and self-love, that should translate into your love to others when you exit the door, when you go take your dog for a walk, when you go to work, when you approach your colleagues, when you approach your boss, when you approach your partner, your friends, your family, everything should be done out of kindness, love, and compassion or empathy, depending on the situation. You should understand that love is also very tightly connected to energy vibrations, and if you're not in the right mood, if things are not going the right way, that most likely means that you probably are not operating in the right energy field. So with that in mind, you have to understand that in order to operate in the right plane field, you have to set your energy levels to a harmonious state. Sometimes it's very difficult to do, so you have to reset completely. Like today, I spent a few hours going to the pool, lying on the sun, and that was my self-love to me, to ground myself and come down because I had some events that took place that were somewhat disturbing to my energy field. So, you have to really learn how to do that. But ultimately what that translates into after some time when you've reached your full potential of self-love and you don't have reliance on others, instead of wanting to gain someone that would love you because you were not able to achieve the state of loving yourself purely for who you are and being happy with yourself. You will achieve a state of where you're ready to love someone else, where you're ready to give. And that by itself will actually lead you to the point where love will come into your life, where you will be loved by someone who truly cares for you and accepts you the way you are. That by itself will be partnership. That that by itself will be harmony, synergy, and true romance that all of us so much want. So hope this video was helpful for you. Just wanted to record it so I would give you my perspective on what self-love is versus love towards others versus a wanting love of someone for you, and how it all relates to the energy, to your mood, and your all understanding of things like humans around us, animals, people in general. Being aware is more than enough. Being conscious is more than enough. That leads you to being more subconscious, and that leads to getting all of your questions answered ultimately, which creates a sense of harmony and love in your life. Thanks for watching, guys.
