A producer of an elite mindset is really focused on 3 things, and that is to be detached instead of attached to a deal. I don't need that deal. I want it, that'd be great if it makes sense, if there's mutual benefit here, but I don't need it. My life goes on beyond this. Be detached from the deal. The second thing was to be high intent instead of low intent. And that was, it's all about it, not about me. How can I help them? I think insurance works in futures. So how do I protect their future? I have a kiddo, like how does he get to live inside of this business one day? And then the other thing was to be abundant instead of scarce. And that's like kind of the heart that we bring to the table. The defining characteristic of my life is pure joy. I'm going to be like the happiest guy in the room at all times. And I think that just stems from this characteristic of abundance. So I leaned into those 3 things very, very early. And I think when you sat across from me and we're talking about insurance, you saw those 3 things. It's all about you, not about me, and about how you can be better the best version of yourself. And if I'm the guy that gets to support you in that, sweet. And if not, like, that's okay too. As I always say, I'm not the only good guy in insurance.
