So in previous videos, I talked about the importance of giving yourself space, especially in this environment we are now living in, Right? For many of us, we're working from home for the first time. We've got the distraction of kids, pets, spouses, whatever. And I see a lot of people right now that are just working, working and working with no breaks. There's no focus. They're wiped out energetically. And so they're trying to figure out how they can bring some focus, focus some energy, some life back to the work they do. And here's my advice. You have to give yourself space. You have to block time in your calendar to give yourself the break to go do something else so that you can come back, recharge and refocused. I love coming up here to Bobcat Ridge, just in the foothills outside of Fort Collins. I mean, how beautiful is this? And I'm breathing in the Rocky Mountain air. I'm like, ah, yes.
So my question for you is, what is that break you're giving yourself right now? Because you need to be able to stay focused and recharged and energized throughout the day, because this new environment is actually weighing on your energy and you don't even realize it. So do me a favor, share below the strategies, the tactics you're using right now to give yourself that break throughout the day so you can keep your mind, your body sharp. Is it walking around the block? Is it hanging out in the porch for an extra five minutes? Whatever it is, share below because I want you performing at your best, because who knows when this environment will ever get back to normal.
