A short motivational YouTube talk by Andy Neary using the Wisconsin Badger vs Ohio State Big Ten championship game as an example of self-sabotage: Wisconsin led 21–7 at halftime but lost after coming out flat, which Neary interprets as resetting expectations back to mediocrity. He urges viewers to "reset your thermometer" to expect big results, embrace deserving success, and avoid complacency. Ends with a call-to-action: a mastermind opportunity aimed at insurance advisors to help make next year their best.

Are you sabotaging your own success?
Last week I made a video about with self awareness and I asked you the question, do you know who you are? And I use the Wisconsin Badger football program as an example of somebody who knows who it is.
Well, now I've got to use the.
Wisconsin Badger football program for a whole nother lesson. Self sabotage.
If you watch the Big Ten championship game on Saturday, you saw that Wisconsin.
Came out and they punched Ohio State in the face.
By halftime they were up 21 7.
They made one of the best teams we have seen in years look mediocre.
And then something happened at halftime.
Yes, Ohio State came out with a better game plan.
They realized they're a machine and they.
Came out and did what they've always done all year.
But I think something happened inside the Badger locker room. I think they sabotaged their own success. I think they went in so blown away by the fact they were actually beating Ohio State by 14 points that.
They reset their thermometer back to mediocrity.
They reset the fact that they're not.
Supposed to be beating Ohio State and.
It showed itself when they came out in the second half flat and mediocre and they got their butt kicked and.
Ended up losing by 13.
So that begs the question I need to ask you. Are you self sabotaging your own success? Are you having wins but you don't believe you should have them? So you're resetting your thermometer back to mediocrity.
Are you scared of what these wins.
Could mean for your future? So you're letting yourself live in complacency. Not you. Not now. Here's what I want to give you for next year.

When you get them, you'll realize you.
Belong there all along.
