Now when you wake up, how are you telling the day? You are here to play for keeps. You mean business. Are you owning your mornings? Are you waking up going I am going to take the first 60, 90 minutes of the day to put my mind and my body in the best position to win today. I have shared my morning routine at length and I have got that thing so locked down. This is going to sound weird but I go to bed and I can't wait to get up to do the routine again. It starts with my ice cold shower, wake my body up, wake my mind up. Then I do a bunch of studying, whether it's instructional videos on YouTube, reading a book. Then I go into my breath work to light up my mind. Then I go into my meditation to picture the first perfect day. I journal my perfect day. I get some exercise in and holy crap. Hey day, bring your shit on, let's go. So I'm asking you to do the same thing. You have to start owning your morning.
