Are you willing to show up every day? Even though there is no guarantee of roi? I want to highlight a client of mine who is a model of this. Mike Krupa is somebody I've been able to work with for a couple years. It's been an honor to work with him. He shows up every day, no matter what, quite frankly. The first couple years as a producer, he struggled because he kept coming in second place. He was working his ass off. But people kept saying, we're gonna stay where we're at. We're going with another broker. He was frustrated. There were probably times he wanted to fire me, but the dude just kept showing up. He puts in the work every day and he says, you know what? I'm going to try something. I know it might not work, but I'm going to get back up tomorrow. I'm going to try something different. And he is having the best sales year of his career right now because of the work he has put in those two years when he could have easily given up. He has continued to show up every day, and now it's paying off in spades. So my advice to you, if you're struggling a little bit right now, are you willing to keep coming back every day and try something different until you finally achieve success?
