YouTube advice clip by Andy Neary offering two concrete content-creation corrections: 1) don’t label or warn that a post is "personal"—just post the story; 2) be consistent in publishing (treat your channel like a news broadcaster), because intermittent posting and returning with "I'm back" undermines trust. The video uses direct, prescriptive language and a news-channel analogy to justify the recommendations.

Okay. In this video, I'm going to share two mistakes I see people making with content. The first one is personal post. When you start a post by warning me that you're making a personal post, I'm not going to read it. I see a lot of people make these personal story posts and they start warning, personal story. Don't do that. You don't need to warn people, just make the post. The second mistake is the inconsistency. You have to start thinking of yourself like a news channel if you're going to use content effectively. The news just doesn't show up when they have something to say. No, they show up every night at 6pm to deliver the news, no matter what it is. You have to start thinking like that. When it comes to creating content. Your inconsistency is creating distrust. If you show up for two weeks and then you're gone for a month and you repeat that process, people don't trust you. So you have to be more consistent. And when you come back from an absence, don't say, hey, I'm back. That lets people know, well, where the heck did you go in the first place? So my two pieces of advice, don't warn me about your personal posts, Just make them and be more consistent. Show up every day, deliver good value.
