I'm like, how did I fool them? What does she know about insurance? How is she going to manage this humongous line item on my balance sheet? And so I, I was doing myself a disservice by not allowing myself to think that I could thrive in those positions. And now that I am thriving in those positions, the success is breeding on the success and my confidence is out of this world.
