This is a YouTube video titled "Don’t be this 👆insurance agency 😳." featuring Andy Neary speaking about ineffective sales practices in insurance agencies, specifically criticizing the use of mandatory cold calls by producers. The content is a monologue or talk rather than a multi-speaker conversation.

I watch far too many agencies who still preach to their producers that cold calls and emails need to be the thing they have to focus on every single week. In fact, I know a large national house in this industry that has their producers come into the conference room once a week, sit around the table, and one by one they go around and have to make cold calls in front of everybody else. Worse yet, they do this on a Friday afternoon. You talk about being ineffective.
