This is a YouTube video titled "f you know a female insurance advisor, share this 👆with her." containing a conversation between two speakers discussing advice for women working in male-dominated insurance sales environments, encouraging them to lean into their strengths and find confidence. The content was created in July 2025.

What advice would you give another female that might be listening who is struggling with that, that feel may be feeling a little out of place? You know, maybe she's on a team that is all men selling commercial insurance, heck, selling benefits. What advice would you give her?
I would say the biggest advice is lean in. So no matter how uncomfortable you feel or how maybe that you haven't showed up to the right place that you feel, really hone in on what you do best and what your strengths are and where you feel best. Right. I think that's the other part is like, what makes you feel the best once you've ident that lean into it.
