This is a true story, and it will forever live in my brain. So probably about 10 years ago, I was sitting in a room with a CEO and a cfo, and I'll never forget it. I had a CFO look at me and tell me, you look too young. You can't talk to me about my benefits. I'll never forget it. And I. So I think the mentality of the younger generation, not knowing or not not being able to talk about things because they look young, I think that mentality, whether it be at the firm itself or whether it be at a client, I think that mentality needs to kind of go out the door. Because these young kids, I call them kids. They're not kids. They're young adults that are coming up. They're very intelligent, and they catch on very quickly.
