Andy Neary tells business owners that grinding harder won't scale past a plateau. Instead, build authority through brand and message, then get in front of ideal customers fast via speaking, social media, and email.

So I had an awesome phone conversation last week with a health insurance advisor that's having massive success that I think could teach you a lesson or two. In a very few short years, this gentleman has built a very successful book of business over seven figures. But what I love about him is he's not satisfied. He's trying to figure out how to get to the next level and that's where he's stuck. He feels like he's plateaued because outside factors are starting to come back or impact his business. He's got to build a bigger team. He's got to service all those clients in his book and he doesn't know how, or he's struggling to figure out how to take it to the next level. You see, here's the thing. If you're in that position right now, you've had some success and you feel like you've plateaued a bit, what got you to that first half million or that first million isn't necessarily going to get you to the next level. Sometimes it was pure just grit and grind. Now you gotta figure out how to be more efficient with your time. And this is where building your brand comes into play. And this is the advice I gave him. I said, listen, you now have to focus on your brand. You now have to focus on your message and become that. Go to authority in your market and then you need to figure out how you're going to get that message in front of as many ideal prospects in the shortest amount of time. That's how you'll create efficiency. Whether that's speaking, whether that's getting on social media, hosting, webinars, email content, whatever it is, you have to be omnipresent to be efficient with your time. So if you're out there right now and you feel like you have plateaued a bit, I hope this message helps. Because it's not the strategies you used before that will get you to the next level. It's about being more effective and efficient with your time so you can get your message out to, to more people in less time. Last, do me a favor. If you find this content valuable, I'd love to have you just shoot me a message below or shoot me a direct Message here on LinkedIn to let me know how I'm doing, let me know how this content is helping you grow your business, because the more I know, the more I can help you.
