Andy Neary delivers a brief, informal video message recognizing and thanking CEOs, CFOs, HR professionals, CFOs, and benefits directors as the "real heroes" who enable health insurance advisors to reduce employer insurance costs and improve employee access to care. He urges advisors to publicly thank these clients—share the video or make one of their own—to acknowledge the trust and permission those clients give advisors to do their work.

Today, I want to give a shout out to the unsung heroes of the health insurance industry. Those people who often go overlooked and underappreciated. You see, we, the health insurance advisor, get a lot of attention, a lot of the credit for the amazing results our clients are getting, right? We're out helping them reduce insurance costs. We're out helping their employees get better access to the health care system. We're just flat out making their lives easier. But if our clients didn't give us that permission, none of that would happen. They're the real heroes of this equation. You see, it's the CEO, the cfo, or the HR professional that gives you the space to do your best work that's the real hero. So today, if you're out there, you are that CEO, you are that cfo, that benefits director, that HR professional, whoever, and you're giving your advisor the permission, the confidence, and the space so they can do their best work to control your insurance costs, give your employees access to the healthcare system effectively. And I want to tip my cap to you because you are the real hero of this story. And if you're an advisor out there today that has those clients, here's what I want you to do. I want you to take this video and I want you to share it with them. I want you to thank those clients who are giving you the space to do your best work. Heck, make your own video. But whatever you do, take the time to thank those clients for being the real heroes who give you that trust, that confidence in that space so you can go out and reduce their insurance costs, give their employees better access to the health care care system, and just flat out making their lives easier. So do that today. Thank them so we can make sure we salute the real heroes.
