And they feel like that there's a path that they need to follow in order to be that producer one day. And I'm like, no, screw that. You can be that producer right now. You can develop those relationships right now. You can put yourself in those rooms. Right now. Like, that runway, the time it takes, is up to you. How fast that goes or how slow that is, like, that's on you.
