Short YouTube peptalk by Andy Neary (with a second speaker) urging listeners to take personal accountability for unmet goals and to 'show up' for themselves. The clip is motivational, blunt, and challenges listeners who complain about their situation to recognize their own responsibility.

You want to know why? You're not hitting your goddamn goals. You're not showing up. I don't know what else to say to people who constantly complain about where they are because they're not happy with where they are. They're not hitting their goals. They're not leading the life they want. They're not health as healthy as they want to be. You're not showing up for yourself.
It's you. You're the problem. You know, point a finger.
There's three looking back at you.
I'm not a Taylor Swift fan, but that song, like, the Problem, It's Me, I'm the problem. It's Me is 100% one of the best, best songs because it's 100% the truth. But.
