What advice would you give another insurance advisor out there who's listening in? Maybe at that point you were when you were working for your first agency or they just went out, started their own. Very recently, knowing what you've been through, what you've gone through and what you are doing today to have success, what would, what advice would you give that advisor?

Here's what I'm willing to do for that money, and here's the expectations you should have.
