Andy Neary says commitment to your goals is binary: anything less than a 10 out of 10 means you're not actually committed. His team asks advisors to rate their commitment during intake, and he treats anything below a 10 as a sign to reassess whether you really want what you say you want.

And I think that's what I see with a lot of the advisors I work with today is where is their level of commitment? Because when you schedule a call with our team, for example, we actually. You have to fill out an assessment before you can jump on a call. And there's a question on our assessment, it's actually a trick question. We ask you, what is. What is the major problem you're trying to solve right now? And on a scale 1 to 10, what's your level of commitment to solve it? Anything less than a 10 is not committed. Yeah. Yeah. You can't be a 7 out of 10 committed and actually think you're gonna achieve your goal. And so to your point, with coaching and working with these advisors, the ones who are winning, people ask us all the time, and it's such a boring answer. Who has success with your program? Who doesn't? I say it's easy. The people who are committed and do it consistently. Yeah, that's it. That's it. There is no other secret sauce.
