What advice would you give an advisor today? Maybe she or he's been in it for two or three years, starting to feel a little burnt out. What advice would you give them to get back on track?
Well, one, I think just understanding that it's a really long game. You know, the reason why we're having this conversation in our 40s and having the success we've had and talking about fitness is because we never stopped and we just kept going, right? And so like it's easy for me to say I've done this at this point in my career. 25 year old me would go, well, what the hell's taking so long? Right? So I get that you want it to happen overnight. It's not going to happen happen overnight. I think the other thing to just consider is that every single piece of knowledge that you ever wanted is out there at your fingertips. If you're willing to put in the effort. And so that consistency is not just staying committed and showing up every day, but it's the effort that you put in to get there. I would say that's the single equalizer in the world is how much effort you're willing to put in. And if you are, you know, putting in the effort on a consistent basis, you will be undeniable if your time horizon is long enough.
