Dave and a co-host discuss why prospects tune out when you only complain about problems. They argue you need to offer a solution alongside the criticism, using healthcare and technology as examples of where this matters most.
There's some people who I wouldn't say, have the most common sense where, like, I get it. Like, I get some cathartic, you know, feeling when I see somebody punching the bear in the nose, but I'm like, you know, you really don't have, like, people know it's not great, right? I don't remember Steve Jobs talking a whole lot about trios and razors and blackberries. He was talking about how awesome the ipod, you know, the iPhone, was, and so you don't need to go insult them. And, of course, you'd go do that online. Everybody's gonna see it. Like, I don't blame them for pulling their appointment.
Well, but that's also one of the biggest things I've preached, Dave, over the last five years is when I see peers constantly posting about how the healthcare system's evil and the healthcare is. I'm like, guys, that kind of information's not helping anybody.
No, talk about what you're.
Doing to solve it. Don't just quit. Don't just keep focusing on the problem.
