And frankly, if you are a construction insurance provider and you're not writing, if you're not underwriting and issue insurance in New York or in California, well, what are you doing? Go to New York. Go look at the cranes. Go to, you know, Los Angeles. Like, look, look, look at the cranes and all the buildings that are being built up. Like, this is where it's happening. It's, frankly, Texas, it is New York, it is California. And we go where the demand is. We go where the need is to ultimately provide that promise. Because ultimately, INS is the promise insurance, the promise that when things go wrong, we'll be there for our clients.
