One of our clients shares a story. It's one of the reasons he's in health insurance today. He says this statement saved his daughter's life. His daughter was born with a heart, congenital heart issue. And when they brought her in at a very early age to have surgery, it was a nurse that said, I would not have the surgery at this hospital. I would go somewhere else. And they did. And who knows what the result would have been had they gone at that? But he said, without her advice, without that nurse's advice, who knows what would have happened? So to your point, you want to know what's going on in the healthcare system? Ask a nurse.
