Why do you think employers stay with brokers that they're unhappy with? Look, I'll tell you right off the bat. I don't think it's laziness. This was an HR professional, HR executive and they are the last people that are lazy. They are busy all the time. I think it's just the path of least resistance. Change can feel disruptive, right? Humans do not like change. They like things the way things are. They want them to stay the same. And waiting it feels safer. But you should know that it is not a neutral position necessarily. There's a real cost to stay input. I mean first and foremost for the HR teams that are working with that broker on a day to day basis, that means they have to continue spending time with that broker and being frustrated with them instead of focusing on on strategy and what they're going to do next. It means opportunities to improve outcomes for your employees could potentially get delayed and that has financial consequences that can compound over time. Look, none of these show up on a renewal spreadsheet. But they're real, they're out there. So I'll leave you with this. The biggest risk might not be making a change. It might actually be staying put. It might exactly where you are. So I'm genuinely curious, why do you think employers stay with brokers that they're unhappy with? I'd welcome any comments below. Thanks.
