Andy Neary says business owners waste energy trying to fit in when they should be grabbing attention. Fear of judgment and comparison hold people back from their potential. Stop caring what others think and put yourself out there to grow.

If you're too afraid to grab attention because all you're trying to do is fit in, if you're too afraid to grab attention because you're so damn concerned with other people and their opinions of you, if you're too afraid to grab attention because you're afraid of the comparison, the judgment and the failure that will come along with it, you will never reach your full potential. That's true for my baseball career and that's true for your business.
If you want to grow in 2025 moving forward, your business needs you to grab attention.
You have to be able to look through the judgment, the comparison, and the failure. You have to stop caring what people think and you have to put yourself out there.
But I'm here to tell you, if you commit to what I am saying today, you walk out of this conference, you go grab attention your business needs. If you are clear about who you're going after, you are clear about what you are saying to them, and you are clear about where you are going to say it, your business, your career, your life will never be the same again because you will be unstoppable.
