Why do I have a mask on? Because I don't want you to know who I really am. I see this happening every day on social media. I see it happening every day with sales professionals inside and outside the insurance industry. I see people who are just copying, imitating and mimicking others to try to win business, to try to win image a brand. Attention guys. Your target audience is too smart. It's actually painful to watch you try to imitate other people. So here's my advice. Just be you. Just be authentic. Yes, you can model people, but modeling requires you to take what somebody else is doing and bring it back into a context that fits who you are. Don't just copy them. So as we enter 2020, I want you to just really focus on becoming your authentic self. Go out and share you with the world. Because I promise you when you do that, you're going to give yourself, your business, your brand, your social media presence, the best chance to win long term. Now I want to share one more thing with you that I think is true to me, real to me. On Tuesday, I posted an audio experience called 8D Audio Now. Quite frankly, I was nervous to share it. I didn't know how people would react to it, but I was blown away by the results. Imagine putting, putting a set of noise canceling headphones on and listening to content and literally being taken and transformed onto a journey of learning and growing. It's something I'm hoping to bring my clients in 2020. I think it's gonna be a game changing experience. I've actually shared a link to another 8D audio experience in the comments below. Put some headphones on and listen and let me know what you think. I truly believe this is gonna be game changing to the content industry, to the learning industry. So go ahead, take a listen and remember as we enter 2020, this is the year to gain clarity, people. Be your authentic self and show the world who you really are.
