Is the "WHEN I" SYNDROME Holding You Back?!?

Andy Neary identifies the "When I" syndrome: waiting for the perfect moment (more money, fewer obligations, retirement) before taking action. He argues that moment rarely comes, and the only cure is starting now instead of promising yourself you will later.

So have you ever found yourself suffering from the Wen Eye syndrome? I just had an awesome conversation with a friend of mine, a future podcast interview, Kat Golden. You're gonna absolutely love her interview. She is doing some magical things for the nursing industry today. In the conversation, we were talking about the one eye syndrome. You know which one I'm talking about? Those that say, I'm gonna take action when I. When I make those sales, when I have enough money, when my kids are out of the house, when I retire. Have you ever found yourself suffering from the Wen eye disease? I know I have. I'm gonna hire that coach or buy that program. When I make enough sales, I'm going to enjoy the weekend when I get all of this stuff done. I'm going to love life when I have the house, when I have the car. But guess what? The when I event never comes. You may think that you need to have and attain a certain level of money, happiness, or status to take the action. But three months, six months, one year, five years from the event still hasn't come. You're still talking about the fact. Yep, I'm gonna take the action when this happens. My advice to you, quit talking about it, quit telling me when you're gonna do it and just start taking action now. Even if you don't think you are where you need to be, whether it's money, whether it's happiness, take action. Because the when I events will never come. And when you start taking action, you will always be happy with the results. And I promise you, you will never let the Wen Eye syndrome impact you again.
