One of the most overlooked features on platforms like LinkedIn is the audio and video notes. We send audio notes all the time to our prospects. My connections because it turns into potential sales conversations. You see, I believe that's actually more effective today than a cold call. It is the modern day cold call, because if I send a DM, an audio note to a prospect, they can instantly click on my name, look at my LinkedIn profile if they don't know who I am. That is so much more effective today than picking up the phone and leaving a voice message with a prospect who has no clue who I am. You've got to use the DMs effectively if you want to use social media to grow your business.
