Hey, Happy Friday. So I want to end the week with a piece of advice that honestly has hit me personally lately, and that's this. If you are in sales, you better make sure that your execution, your team's execution is backing up the promises your mouth is making. I see this in the insurance industry all the time. Brokers out there making these big promises. Our team's gonna help you save 20, 40%. You get hired, then there's no execution gang. That is not the way to build a long term business. Yes, you might win the business today by saying the right thing, but if you don't execute, they're gone next year. I've been guilty of this lately. I just got called out by a client that my team and I were not executing on the promises I had been making them.
Here's the deal. You want to build a long term business, you want to sustain growth for years to come. Yeah, make big promises. But damn sure make sure your action is backing up those promises. Because when you do that effectively, not only are you going to have clients that trust and love you, you're going to have case studies and testimonials that will let you grow your business year over year over year. And it will build confidence in you and it will build confidence in your team that you can go out and execute day in and day out. So do me a favor, end the week with a smile. But make sure if you're out there selling a big game, better make sure that your execution and your team's execution is backing up the promises you're making.
