It's Time For You to Start Leveraging the Power of Public Speaking!

But I do want to share something cool with you. I had the chance today to speak at the Jehu Symposium in Jackson, Mississippi. And one thing that's so cool about public speaking is the people you get to engage with around the country. The Jehu folks were kind enough to give me this book as a gift. Mississippi Palate. As you know, if you've been to Mississippi, they have a unique cuisine down there. So I want to thank you guys for the book. My point is this. If you're trying to grow your business right now, if you're in sales, you run the business, you own the business. I don't care. If you're not leveraging public speaking to grow your business, you're making a mistake. And it's not a have to, it's a want to. Yes, you have to public speak. It's an effective way to grow your business. But more importantly, you have to want to public speak. You see, when you put yourself in front of your target audience, you become the authority. Public speaking is the most effective way to create better engagement with your prospects and your target audience. It's going to improve the relationships with your prospects, and it's going to create that market authority that you are looking to create so you can grow your business. So please take my advice. I've been saying this quite often. If you're not public speaking today, put the time, put the effort and maybe even the money into making yourself a better public speaker, because it's going to help you grow your business faster.
