Hey guys, Andy Neary here with the Oleson Group. I wanted to make this short video to clear up some confusion I think that might exist about who we are and what role we would serve to help val's reduce its insurance cost. Simply put, we would be your insurance broker. Today you guys have an insurance broker. We would replace the broker and help you with the day to day services you and the human resource team need to efficiently manage your benefits. On top of that, we would help you develop your long term strategy to impact your future health insurance costs. Mainly looking at how are we going to impact January, January 1, 2020. One of the strategies we're looking at is captive financing arrangements that would become part of our strategy this summer. However, we have to make sure it's a financially viable fit for you which is all part of developing that strategic plan. So I just wanted to clear that up. I hope it clears it up. We would be your broker, but we'd also help you to develop all these other strategies to impact your insurance costs. So if you have any questions, reach out. We are ready to go to work for you. We hope you're ready to have us go to work for you. We, we're just waiting for you to say go talk soon and can't wait to work with you.
