RISING UP When You've Hit ROCK BOTTOM.

Andy Neary recounts a personal rock-bottom moment from 2011 (bad car accident, job dissatisfaction, recent breakup) and explains how that moment motivated a turnaround. He presents four reflective questions—Who's in my tribe? How am I feeding my mind? How am I investing in my growth? How am I maximizing each day?—and urges viewers to answer them to boost productivity and personal growth, ending with a prompt to comment.

All right, so I'm going to share something personal with you today. Do you ever have that rock bottom moment in your life? That moment when you look back at you go, I never want to go there again. You see, I had mine. It was back in 2011. I can remember just a month prior to this day, I had a bad car accident. Fortunately, I walked away from the accident. I was in a job I didn't like. I was in the industry I am today, but at the time did not like it. And, and I was frustrated. And just about two weeks prior to this day, I had broken up with my girlfriend. And I can literally remember this moment. I was sitting at my desk at work and I literally could not function. I literally couldn't think. And I got up off my desk, got away from the desk, walked out of the office, I drove to my parents house and literally sat in their backyard for three hours doing nothing because I couldn't function. And it's that day, when I think back to that day, that is the day, the moment that fuels me to do what I do today. Because I never want to go back there again. What is that moment for you? That day, that event you never want to go back to? It's the event that you use to fuel you to become who you know you're capable of being. You see, in that moment I asked myself four questions that got me out, got me back to where I am today. First question I asked myself is who's in my tribe? See, at the time I was hanging around with the wrong people. People that were dragging me down, they weren't lifting me up. The second question I ask myself is what am I doing to take care of my mind? You see, I was taking care of my body. I've always been into physical fitness and exercise, but I wasn't taking care of this. I wasn't feeding this. The third question I ask myself is what am I doing to invest in my own growth? You see, the phrase it takes money to make money is partly true because if you're going to invest in your own growth, it takes time, effort and money to invest in your self development. And the fourth question I asked myself is what am I doing to maximize every single day I am on this planet? What am I doing to maximize my weeks so I can be ultra productive and achieve the goals I know I'm capable of? Are you asking yourself those four questions right now? Who's in your tribe? What are you doing to feed your mind? How are you investing in your own growth and what are you doing to make sure you're productive every single day. I promise you that if you ask yourself and you can answer those four questions effectively, you're going to achieve more results. You're going to hit your goals faster than you ever have before, and because you will finally be capable, be achieving everything you're capable of. So do me a favor, shoot a comment below and tell me what you're doing today to answer those four questions in your life.
