I just, I just got, uh, done reading the book Who Not How for the second time, and they talk about when growing a business, the first thing you need to ask is who, not what, or who, not how, right? Well, guess what? Things have changed. It's maybe not who now, it is what or how, because this is where AI comes in. Instead of saying, who do I need to go hire to be able to achieve the scale and the growth we want? The first question should be, how do we use AI to do it?
