As we close out the year and head into 2019, you're going to be hearing a lot about trends. And there's one trend I'd like to see the most, and that's putting an end to the average and mediocre results we're seeing in this country. Way too much. People ask me all the time, andy, why do you do status striking out the status quo? And for me, it's simple. I'm on a mission to put an end to the average results I'm seeing in healthcare and in business in general. If you're an employer, make 2019 the year you stop letting average results do damage to your bottom line. If you're a broker, make 2019 the year you stop letting your clients accept average results. And if you're a consumer, make 2019 the year you make better decisions inside the healthcare system. Next year, I'm on a mission to help 1 million individuals be better today than they were yesterday and even better tomorrow than they are today.
