You're going to have a ton of success in this business simply because you're going to outwork a lot of people. I think one of the realizations most of us have in this career, as we get in it, people tell us we can make money, a lot of money doing it. What they don't tell us all the time is, oh, by the way, you have to work your ass off to get it. And that's something I think you'll never be afraid of doing. And that's going to lead to a lot of success.
Yeah. And that's one thing that my agency owner said early on. You know, continue to work hard, but always do what's right for the client and the money will follow.
