If you look like everybody else, it's easy to get over. But if you become a one-of-one, attention will find you. I wish I could go back and put my arm around that chunky little 10-year-old in the Park Lawn Elementary gym, or sit next to that undersized free agent sitting in the bullpen. By the way, I didn't tell you guys, my last stop in minor league baseball was with the Ogden Rams. I wish I could sit in that Ogden bullpen, Lundquist Stadium, with that undersized free agent, because what I would tell them is stop worrying about the judgment and comparison of others. Stop measuring yourself against others. Stand up, stand out, and become a one-on-one. And that's what I invite everybody in this room to do today. Go all in on you. Heck, there's only one of you. Let go of the past, invest in a better future. Do different things and leverage the Brand Authority Blueprint so you be— can— you can become the expert prospects seek out.
