Short YouTube interview snippet (Andy Neary speaking with another entrepreneur) offering practical lessons from eight years of running a business: take action rather than waiting, accept not having everything figured out, seek help (coaches/mentors), and treat failure as education. The tone is encouraging and pragmatic.

Looking back at these eight years, what are some of the bigger lessons you learned by operating your own business?
Sometimes you just have to go for it. You know, I always say you don't learn to drive in a parked car. You just have to take action and go for it. And sometimes you don't have to have it all figured out because you're going to figure it out along the way. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Everyone can use a coach. Everyone can use a mentor. Don't be afraid to fail, because all failure is, is your education. So, yeah, not being afraid to fail, I think is huge.
